Abstract
【解決手段】空調システム1は、住宅11の中に配置された空調装置としての室内機21により室内13の空調を行う。空調システム1は、室内13に配置される吸入口5bと、室内機21に接続される供給口5cとが設けられた地中埋設管5aを備える。吸入口5bは床YK側から室内13に面するように地中埋設管5aに設けられ、室内13の空気を地中埋設管5aへと吸入する。供給口5cは、地中埋設管5aを通過した空気を室内機21へ供給する。地中埋設管5aは、住宅11の断熱基礎12の下の地中に埋設されており、通過する室内13の空気を地中熱との間で熱交換させる。

- 建物の中に配置された空調装置により前記建物内の空調を行う空調システムであって、
前記建物内に配置される吸入口と、前記空調装置に接続される供給口とが設けられ、前記建物の下の地中に埋設された地中埋設管を備えることを特徴とする空調システム。 - 前記地中埋設管の埋設部分の始端と終端とを連通するバイパス管と、
前記バイパス管の経路に配設される送風装置と、を備えることを特徴とする、
請求項1に記載の空調システム。 - 前記地中埋設管内で生じた結露を集める集水部を備えることを特徴とする、
請求項1または請求項2に記載の空調システム。 - 前記集水部が雨水浸透桝であることを特徴とする、
請求項3に記載の空調システム。 - 前記雨水浸透枡が前記地中埋設管の埋設部分に配置されることを特徴とする、
