Claims (19)
- 第1および第2の端部と、前記第1の端部から前記第2の端部まで延びる長手方向軸とを有する本体部分が設けられた膨張可能なバルーンであって、バルーン材料から形成されているバルーンと;前記第1および第2の端部の1つのまたはその近傍の円周方向に延びる少なくとも1つのリブ要素であって、バルーン材料から形成され、前記バルーンと共に膨張可能なリブ要素とを備えるバルーンカテーテル組立体であって、前記リブ要素は、膨張したとき、前記バルーンの本体部分の方を向く保持肩部と、前記本体部分と反対の方向を向く壁部分とを備え;前記長手方向軸に対する前記保持肩部の内角が、前記バルーンの長手方向軸に対する壁部分の内角より大きく;前記リブ要素がバルーンの円周で不連続であり、テザー要素により互いに離間して、円周方向に並んだ複数のリブ部分から形成されている、バルーンカテーテル組立体。
- 側面図で見た場合、前記リブが楔形の形状を有する、請求項1に記載の組立体。
- 前記保持肩部の前記本体部材の表面に対する内角が少なくとも70度である、請求項1に記載の組立体。
- 前記保持肩部の前記本体部材の表面に対する内角が少なくとも80度である、請求項1に記載の組立体。
- 前記保持肩部の前記本体部材の表面に対する内角が実質的に90度である、請求項1に記載の組立体。
- 前記バルーンの本体部分第1および第2の端部に、またはその近傍に配置される第1および第2のリブが設けられており、前記第1および第2のリブのそれぞれが前記バルーンの対向する端部の方を向く保持肩部と、前記リブが配置されている前記バルーンの端部のまたはその方を向く壁部分とを有する、請求項1に記載の組立体。
- 前記リブまたは各リブの膨張時の高さが少なくとも0.5ミリメートルである、請求項1に記載の組立体。
- 前記リブまたは各リブの膨張時の高さが0.5mm〜4.0mmである、請求項1に記載の組立体。
- 前記1つまたは複数のリブが前記バルーンの本体部分と同じ材料で形成されている、請求項1に記載の組立体。
- 前記1つまたは複数のリブが前記バルーン壁の連続である、請求項1に記載の組立体。
- 前記テザー要素または各テザー要素が前記バルーンの円筒状の本体部分の延長である、請求項1に記載の組立体。
- 前記本体部分の周囲で円周方向に延びる少なくとも1つの中間リブを備える、請求項1に記載の組立体。
- 互いに離間した2つ以上のこのような中間リブを備える、請求項12に記載の組立体。
- 前記中間リブが前記バルーンの本体部分に沿って均一な間隔で配置されている、請求項13に記載の組立体。
- 前記中間リブまたは各中間リブの膨張時の高さが、1つまたは複数の端部リブの前記膨張時の高さより低い、請求項12に記載の組立体。
- 前記中間リブまたは各中間リブの膨張時の高さが少なくとも0.5ミリメートルである、請求項12に記載の組立体。
- 前記組立体が心臓弁の弁形成治療用に設計されている、請求項1に記載の組立体。
- 前記本体部分の膨張時の直径が約18mm〜25mmである、請求項17に記載の組立体。
- 前記バルーンが実質的にノンコンプライアントの材料から形成されている、請求項1に記載の組立体。
