Description
図中の3つのセル10を説明例とすると、両端の導出部21、22は3つ有り、各セル10は正/負極導電領域11、12を通じて、該導出部21、22に一つ一つ溶接または接続される。この溶接または接続のプロセスで生じる問題には、溶接作業に時間と労力がかかること、さらに正/負極導電領域11、12および導出部21、22の緊密な電気的接触結合が困難であるなどの問題も含まれ、実務において順調に組み合わせることができない欠点が常に存在する。
該セルの連結構造および該蓋板の下側の2つの導出部を少し調整した設計により、セルおよび導出部を導電連結させる溶接作業時間を減少させ、人件費が節約される。さらに本創作の接続部および導出部の電気的接触結合の方式により、各セルおよび導出部の電気的接触結合がより緊密になる。
本発明の二次電池セルの導電連結構造は、角型のリチウム二次電池を説明例とした。本技術は、主に、蓋板200の下側両端の導出部210、220および少なくとも1つのセル100を導電連結させる二次電池に応用される(図中、3つのセル100を説明例とした)。このうち該セル100は正極層、セパレータおよび負極層を互いに重ね合わせて構成され、各セル100の両側にそれぞれ正/負極導電領域110、120が設けられ、各セル100の両側の正/負極導電領域110、120はそれぞれ上に向かって接続部111、121を延伸する。該蓋板200の下側両端の導出部210、220は折り曲げ可能な形式であり、該導出部210、220を該蓋板200の外側に折り曲げ、該導出部210、220を水平状にする。
実施において、該接続部111、121および該導出部210、220の電気的接触結合により、該セル100および蓋板200の下側両端における2つの導出部210、220の電気的接続が完成する。該導出部210、220はそれぞれ該蓋板200本体を通過し、それぞれ該蓋板200の上側の電極端310、320と電気的に連結され、外部放電の導電連結構造が完成する。
該接続部111、121の長さは、該導出部210、220と最大面積で接触するのが最も好ましく、設計により調整することができ、該セル100と蓋板200の導出部210、220との電気的接続を最大の電気的接触面積にする。このようにして、該セル100および導出部210、220の電気的接触面の抵抗を低下させることができ、該セル100の充放電の効率が向上する。
最も好ましい実施において、該導出部210、220および接続部111、121の面積は同じであり、電気的接触面積が最大になる。あるいは、該蓋板200の下側両端の導出部210、220は面積が大きく、全ての正/負極導電領域110、120と電気的接触結合する(図3に示す)。
この種の面積が大きい単一の導出部210、220の構造は、該接続部111、121および該導出部210、220の電気的接触結合(溶接または接続)プロセスをより便利にする。さらにより容易に、該セル100と蓋板200の導出部210、220との電気的接続を最大の電気的接触面積にし、各セル100および導出部210、220の電気的接触結合もより緊密にする。

Claims (6)
- 主に二次電池において、蓋板の下側両端の導出部および少なくとも1つのセルを導電連結させる、二次電池セルの導電連結構造であって、
前記蓋板の前記下側両端の前記導出部が折り曲げ可能な形式であり、前記導出部を前記蓋板の外側に折り曲げ、前記導出部を水平状にし、
各セルの両側の正/負極導電領域が、それぞれ上に向かって接続部を延伸し、前記接続部を通じて前記導出部と電気的接触結合する、
二次電池セルの導電連結構造。 - 各セルの両側の前記接続部が、湾曲部を通じて前記正/負極導電領域と接続する、請求項1に記載のセルの導電連結構造。
- 前記接続部が前記導出部と最大面積で接触する、請求項1に記載のセルの導電連結構造。
- 前記蓋板の前記下側両端の前記導出部の数が前記正/負極導電領域の数と同じである、請求項1に記載のセルの導電連結構造。
- 前記蓋板の前記下側両端の前記導出部は面積が大きく、全ての前記正/負極導電領域と電気的接触結合する、請求項1に記載のセルの導電連結構造。
- 前記接続部および前記導出部を電気的接触結合させた後、前記導出部を前記蓋板の下側表面と垂直状態になるよう調整する、請求項1に記載のセルの導電連結構造。
