Description
Claims (10)
- 車両シートの調節装置用自動ロック段階的切替機構であって、
締め付けローラ式ロックと段階的切替装置とを備え、
前記締め付けローラ式ロックは、軸(20)と、この軸(20)を中心に回転可能である解放ホイール(22)とを含み、
前記段階的切替装置は、
a)前記軸(20)を中心に旋回可能に取り付けられた作動レバー(24)と、
b)駆動体軸(32)を中心に旋回可能であるように前記作動レバー(24)に取り付けられた駆動体(26)であって、前記解放ホイール(22)の歯車装置と協働する2つの駆動領域(28)を有し、それぞれ前記駆動領域の一方のみが、それぞれ前記解放ホイール(22)の一方の回転方向で前記歯車装置と係合し、前記駆動領域の両方が前記作動レバーの中央位置(24)で前記歯車装置との係合から外れ、前記作動レバー(24)をその中央位置から旋回させたとき、前記駆動領域の一方が前記歯車装置と係合し且つ前記解放ホイール(22)を回転させ、他方が前記歯車装置との係合から外れたままである駆動体(26)と、
c)前記駆動体(26)と接触するようになる支持面(62)を備えるドラッグレバー(34)と、
d)バネ(38)と
を備え、
前記バネ(38)は、少なくとも1つの突起(40)を備え、
前記ドラッグレバー(34)は、通常は前記突起(40)と係合している少なくとも1つの凹み(42)を備え、
前記バネ(38)は、回転しないように固定されていることを特徴とする、自動ロック段階的切替機構。 - 前記バネ(38)は、前記軸(20)に対して互いに対向する2つの突起(40)を有し、前記ドラッグレバー(34)は、通常は前記2つの突起(40)と係合している2つの凹み(42)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の自動ロック段階的切替機構。
- 前記作動レバー(24)がその中央位置にあるとき前記駆動体(26)の駆動領域(28)と前記解放ホイール(22)との間に配置される舌状部(50)が設けられ、好ましくは前記舌状部(50)は前記バネ(38)の一部であることことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の自動ロック段階的切替機構。
- 前記ドラッグレバー(34)に当接する制動タブ(52)が設けられ、好ましくは前記タブ(52)が前記バネ(38)の一部であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の自動ロック段階的切替機構。
- 前記ドラッグレバー(34)は凹部(36)を有し、前記駆動体(26)は前記凹部(36)に位置することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の自動ロック段階的切替機構。
- 前記凹部(36)は、前記解放ホイール(22)の周りを把持し、前記作動レバー(24)は、軸方向において前記凹部(36)を覆うことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の自動ロック段階的切替機構。
- ベースプレート(46)を備え、前記ベースプレート(46)は前記締め付けローラ式ロックのハウジング(54)に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の自動ロック段階的切替機構。
- 前記バネ(38)は、前記ベースプレート(46)及び/又は前記締め付けローラ式ロックの前記ハウジング(54)に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の自動ロック段階的切替機構。
- 前記ドラッグレバー(34)と前記駆動体(26)との間に、物理的に形成された旋回軸が設けられていないことを特徴とする、請求項1の前提部分に記載の又は請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の自動ロック段階的切替機構。
- ゼロ位置バネ(56)が設けられ、前記ゼロ位置バネ(56)は環状部分と2つの脚部(58)とを備え、前記環状部分は前記締め付けローラ式ロックの前記ハウジング(54)の周りを把持し、前記脚部(58)は、弾性バイアス下で、前記作動レバー(24)のカンチレバー及び/又は前記ドラッグレバー(34)のアーム(48)に当接することを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の自動ロック段階的切替機構。
