Claims (11)
- 直接噴射ガソリンエンジン用等の排気ガス再循環装置を備えた直接噴射の内燃機関エンジン等のための操作方法であり、RZV部分操作方法が低位から中位の速度および/または低位から中位の負荷を持つ前記エンジン特性マップの領域内で実行され、前記RZV部分操作方法では希薄な燃料/排気ガス/空気混合気は圧縮着火により点火し制御された自己点火(RZV)により燃焼し、圧縮着火を備えた前記エンジン特性マップの前記領域は高負荷時に、NAV部分操作方法が実行される別の前記エンジン特性マップの領域に隣接し、そこでは発火点(ZZP)で前記内燃機関エンジンの中の所定の燃焼室内で燃焼空気比λ≧1を持つ均一で希薄な/燃料/排気ガス空気混合気が点火装置により火花点火し、前記火花点火により発生した火炎面燃焼(FFV)が制御された自己点火(RZV)に移行する操作方法であり、
制御された自己点火(RZV)を持つ少なくとも1つの前記部分操作方法で、各燃焼室の中へ再循環された排気ガスの反応性の低下がその各燃焼室への注入に先立ち外部排気ガス再循環装置により実行されることを特徴とする操作方法。 - 実質的に純粋な制御された自己点火(RZV)を持つRZV部分操作方法が、少なくとも部分的に制御された自己点火(RZV)を持つ部分操作方法として実行されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の操作方法。
- 前記RZV部分操作方法が、前記内燃機関エンジンの最大エンジン速度の5%から70%の間のエンジン速度、および/または、前記内燃機関エンジンの最大エンジン負荷の2%から30%の間のエンジン負荷で実行されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の操作方法。
- NAV部分操作方法は少なくとも部分的に制御された自己点火(RZV)を持つ部分操作方法として実行され、発火点(ZZP)で燃焼空気比λ≧1を備えた概ね均一で希薄な燃料/排気ガス/空気混合気が点火装置により火花点火され、点火装置により開始される前記火炎面燃焼(FFV)が制御された自己点火(RZV)へと移行されることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の操作方法。
- 前記NAV部分操作方法は前記内燃機関エンジンの最大エンジン速度の5%から70%の間のエンジン速度および/または前記内燃機関エンジンの最大エンジン負荷の10%から70%の間のエンジン負荷で実行されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の操作方法。
- 排気ガスの中に存在する未燃炭化水素および/または一酸化炭素の反応性の低下が酸化によって実行されることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載の操作方法。
- 前記反応性の低下が、酸化触媒の下流排気ガスの流れの方向にある排気装置からの排気ガスの、少なくとも部分再循環によって実行されることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項に記載の操作方法。
- 前記反応性の低下が、排気ガス再循環ラインに配置された個別の酸化触媒によって実行されることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし7のいずれか1項に記載の操作方法。
- 前記RZV部分操作方法から前記NAV部分操作方法に切り替えるとき圧縮率εは低くなり、前記NAV部分操作方法から前記RZV部分操作方法に切り替えるとき前記圧縮率εは上昇することを特徴とする、請求項1ないし8のいずれか1項に記載の操作方法。
- 請求項1ないし9のいずれか1項の操作方法に従い操作可能な内燃機関エンジン。
- 個別の酸化触媒(36)が、排気ガス再循環ライン(35)に、特に排気ガス再循環冷却装置(37)の排気ガスの流れの方向の上流に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の内燃機関エンジン。
