Claims (10)
- 直接噴射ガソリンエンジン用の排気ガス再循環装置を備えた直接噴射の内燃機関エンジンのための操作方法であり、RZV部分操作方法は低から中速度および/または低から中負荷を持つエンジン特性マップの領域において実行され、圧縮着火により点火され制御された自己点火(RZV)により燃焼する希薄な燃料/排気ガス/空気混合気を持つ当該RZV部分操作方法であり、
圧縮着火を備えた前記エンジン特性マップの領域は高い負荷において、低NOx燃焼(NAV)が実行される別のエンジン特性マップの領域と隣接し、発火点(ZZP)において内燃機関エンジンの所定の燃焼室内の燃焼空気比λ≧1を備えた均一で希薄な燃料/排気ガス/空気混合気が点火装置により火花点火され、前記火花点火により発生した火炎面燃焼(FFV)は制御された自己点火(RZV)に移行し、
前記発火点(ZZP)に、燃料の質量/前記燃焼室内の総質量の0.030から0.05の間の充填希釈度が存在する
ことを特徴とする操作方法。 - 発火点(ZZP)において燃焼空気比λが1と2の間にあることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の操作方法。
- 前記発火点(ZZP)が−45°から−10°の間のクランク角(KWW)にある、および/または、燃焼の中心の位置がクランク角(KWW)8°にあり、前記シリンダー内の前記エンジン負荷および/または前記温度レベルに依存して前記燃焼の中心の前記位置が進行または遅延することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の操作方法。
- 前記概ね均一で希薄な燃料/排気ガス/空気混合気が複数の噴射により生成される、および/または、前記概ね均一で希薄な燃料/排気ガス/空気混合気を生成する複数の前記噴射が前記エンジン負荷および/またはエンジン速度に依存して作られることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の操作方法。
- 前記操作方法が、前記内燃機関エンジンの最大エンジン速度が5%から70%の間のエンジンスピードおよび/または前記内燃機関エンジンの最大エンジン負荷が10%から70%の間のエンジン負荷で実行されることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載の操作方法。
- 内部排気ガス再循環および/または外部排気ガス再循環が実行されることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載の操作方法。
- 前記操作方法の前記NOx排出量が0.5から4g/kWhの間にあることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項に記載の操作方法。
- 前記操作方法が、スパーク火花点火式成層DES操作方法(成層直接噴射)と組み合せておよび/または追加して実行できる、および/または、前記発火点(ZZP)および/または前記燃焼の中心の位置がスパーク火花点火式成層DES操作方法の発火点(ZZP)および/または燃焼の中心の位置に対応する、および/または、前記操作方法が、スパーク火花点火式成層DES操作方法においても可能であるエンジン負荷範囲および/またはエンジン速度範囲で実行されることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし7のいずれか1項に記載の操作方法。
- 前記操作方法が、純粋な制御された自己点火(RZV)を持つRZV操作方法と組み合わせて、および/またはそれに追加して実行されることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし8のいずれか1項に記載の操作方法。
- 前記RZV操作方法からNAV操作方法に切り替わるとき圧縮率εが低くなり、前記NAV部分操作方法から前記RZV操作方法に切り替わるとき圧縮率εが上昇することを特徴とする、請求項1ないし9のいずれか1項に記載の操作方法。
