- 前記脂質が約14〜約20個の炭素原子の炭素長を有する複数の飽和または不飽和脂肪酸鎖を含む植物由来脂肪である、請求項1に記載の無煙タバコ組成物。
- 前記脂質がパーム核油およびパーム油のブレンドを含む、請求項1に記載の無煙タバコ組成物。
- 香味剤、結合剤、充填剤、崩壊助剤、湿潤剤およびこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される添加剤をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の無煙タバコ組成物。
- 前記添加剤が糖アルコールを含む充填剤である、請求項6に記載の無煙タバコ組成物。
- 人工甘味剤をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の無煙タバコ組成物。
- 塩をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の無煙タバコ組成物。
- 前記粒子状タバコ材料が約50ミクロン未満の平均粒径を有する、請求項1に記載の無煙タバコ組成物。
- 組成物の総重量基準で少なくとも約25乾燥重量%の粒子状タバコ材料と、
少なくとも約10乾燥重量%の脂質と、
少なくとも約0.1乾燥重量%の少なくとも1種の甘味剤と、
少なくとも約20乾燥重量%の少なくとも1種の充填剤と、
少なくとも約0.5乾燥重量%の少なくとも1種の香味剤と、
を含む、請求項1に記載の無煙タバコ組成物。 - 無煙タバコ組成物の総乾燥重量基準で約25〜約45%の粒子状タバコ材料と、
約10〜約50%の脂質と、
約0〜約1%の人工甘味剤と、
約20〜約40%の充填剤と、
最大約10%までの量の香味剤と、
最大約5%までの量の塩と、
を含む、請求項1に記載の無煙タバコ組成物。 - 使用者の口の中に挿入するよう形成した、溶融可能な無煙タバコ組成物を調製する方法であって、
約36℃〜約45℃の融点を有する脂質を溶かして溶融した脂質組成物を形成することと、
粒子状タバコ材料を前記溶融した脂質組成物と混合して溶融した無煙タバコ組成物スラリーを形成することと、
前記溶融した無煙タバコ組成物スラリーを冷却して凝固した無煙タバコ組成物を形成することと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記脂質が約38℃〜約41℃の融点を有する、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記脂質が動物もしくは植物由来脂肪、蝋または油である、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記脂質が約14〜約20個の炭素原子の炭素長を有する複数の飽和または不飽和脂肪酸鎖を含む植物由来脂肪である、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記脂質がパーム核油およびパーム油のブレンドを含む、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記混合ステップの前に塩を前記粒子状タバコ材料に添加するステップをさらに含む、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記混合ステップの前に香味剤、結合剤、充填剤、崩壊助剤、湿潤剤およびこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される添加剤を前記粒子状タバコ材料に添加するステップをさらに含む、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記添加剤が糖アルコールを含む充填剤である、請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記溶融した無煙タバコ組成物スラリーを冷却させるステップが、前記溶融した無煙タバコ組成物スラリーを約20℃〜約25℃に冷却させるステップをさらに含む、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 粒子状タバコ材料を前記溶融した脂質組成物と混合するステップが、約6%未満の水分含量を有する粒子状タバコ材料を前記溶融した脂質組成物と混合するステップを含む、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記溶融した無煙タバコ組成物スラリーを所定の形状に形成するために前記溶融した無煙タバコ組成物スラリーを型に堆積させるステップをさらに含む、請求項13に記載の方法。
