Claims (10)
- 少なくとも1つのシリンダヘッド(10)を有する複数のシリンダからなる内燃機関であって、
シリンダヘッド(10)の吸気管(12)が吸気口フランジ面(16)に開口し、排気管(14)が反対側に配置された排気口フランジ面(18)に開口し、吸気管(12)および排気管(14)ならびに冷却液室(20)を保持しているシリンダヘッド(10)内の燃焼室の上に少なくとも1つの油室(26)が双方向ガスバルブの駆動デバイスのために取り付けられており、
吸気口フランジ面(16)及び排気口フランジ面(18)は、2つのフランジ面(16,18)が交差する想像線(22)がシリンダヘッド上の垂直方向にあり、シリンダヘッド(10)が少なくとも実質的に三角形の断面をなすように相互に斜めに配置されていることを特徴とする内燃機関。 - シリンダヘッド(10)の油室(26)が2つのフランジ面(16,18)のそれぞれに少なくとも1つの開口部を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内燃機関。
- スパークプラグおよび/または燃料噴射ノズルのために油室(26)の上部に通路(42)を伴う縦方向のサポート(40)が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の内燃機関。
- シリンダヘッドをエンジンハウジングに取り付けるためのシリンダヘッドスクリューが、フランジ面(16,18)の油室(26)の開口部を通じて直接アクセスできることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の内燃機関(10)。
- カムシャフトのベアリングを締めるためのスクリューまたはその他のバルブアクチュエータメカニズムが、フランジ面(16,18)の油室(26)の開口部を通じて直接アクセスできることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の内燃機関。
- シリンダヘッド(10)の吸気口フランジ面(16)が、油室(26)の開口部だけでなく吸気管(12)をも密閉する吸気口モジュールにより覆われていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の内燃機関。
- シリンダヘッド(10)の排気口フランジ面(18)が、油室(26)の開口部だけでなく排気管(14)をも密閉する排気マニホルドモジュールにより覆われていることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の内燃機関。
- カムシャフトのベアリングキャップが、吸気口モジュールおよび/または排気マニホルドモジュールに統合されることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の内燃機関。
- カムシャフトのベアリングキャップの据付面が、吸気口モジュールおよび/または排気マニホルドモジュールのフランジ面(16,18)に位置することを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の内燃機関。
- シリンダヘッド(10)を鋳造している間、フランジ面(16,18)の開口部を通じて水平に挿入されるコアにより油室(26)が成形されることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の内燃機関を製造する方法。
