Claims (34)
- 動画像を表示するフラットパネルディスプレイデバイスと、
前記フラットパネルディスプレイデバイスを支持するハウジングと、
実質的に(a)前記ハウジング内および(b)前記ディスプレイデバイスの裏側に位置する第1の音響容積と、
前記第1の音響容積に音響エネルギーを与える2つ以上の音響ドライバであって、前記ドライバから前記第1の音響容積に与えられた音響エネルギーが実質的に足し合わされて、前記ドライバからの振動エネルギーが実質的に相殺されるような位置に置かれる、前記音響ドライバと、
を含むテレビジョン。 - 前記第1の音響容積が、導波路を含む請求項1に記載のテレビジョン。
- 前記第1の音響容積が、前記ハウジングの外部の周囲環境への出口を1つだけ含む請求項1に記載のテレビジョン。
- 前記ハウジングの外部の周囲環境への前記第1の音響容積の出口が、前記テレビジョンが実質的に水平な面に置かれた場合に実質的に下方向を向く請求項1に記載のテレビジョン。
- 前記音響容積に音響エネルギーを与える6つの音響ドライバが存在する請求項1に記載のテレビジョン。
- 各ドライバが、動画像が投影される前記ディスプレイデバイスの面に実質的に平行な方向に振動する請求項1に記載のテレビジョン。
- 前記ハウジングが、厚さ約200mm未満の、動画像が投影される前記ディスプレイデバイスの面に実質的に垂直な方向の厚さを有する請求項1に記載のテレビジョン。
- 前記第1の音響容積が音響導波路を含み、各音響ドライバの第1の面が、前記導波路に前記音波を放射しその結果、音波が前記導波路から放射されるように、かつ各音響ドライバの第2の面が、前記導波路を含まない経路を通じて環境に音波を放射するように、前記音響ドライバが前記導波路に取り付けられ、前記テレビジョンが、前記導波路からの放射と前記音響ドライバの前記第2の面からの放射とが弱め合うように干渉する波長で前記音響導波路から放射される前記音波の振幅を大きくするために前記導波路に音響的に結合された第2の音響容積を含む請求項1に記載のテレビジョン。
- 動画像を表示するフラットパネルディスプレイデバイスと、
前記フラットパネルディスプレイデバイスを支持するハウジングと、
実質的に(a)前記ハウジング内および(b)前記ディスプレイデバイスの裏側に位置する音響容積と、
前記音響容積に音響エネルギーを与える2つ以上の音響ドライバであって、無響室内で、動画像が投影される前記ディスプレイデバイスの面の中心から1メートルの位置で測定された前記ドライバの最大音響出力が、約40Hzから約80Hzまでの範囲において平均して少なくとも約80dBSPLになる、前記音響ドライバと、
を含むテレビジョン。 - 各音響ドライバの周りを含むコーン組立体の外径が、約85mm未満である請求項9に記載のテレビジョン。
- 各音響ドライバの周りを含むコーン組立体の外径が、約75mm未満である請求項9に記載のテレビジョン。
- 各音響ドライバの周りを含むコーン組立体の外径が、約65mm未満である請求項9に記載のテレビジョン。
- 各音響ドライバの最大のストロークのピークツーピーク値が、少なくとも約15mmである請求項9に記載のテレビジョン。
- 各音響ドライバの最大のストロークのピークツーピーク値が、少なくとも約18mmである請求項9に記載のテレビジョン。

- 40Hzにおける前記音響出力が、80Hzにおける前記音響出力から約20dBを超えて低下しない請求項9に記載のテレビジョン。
- 40Hzにおける前記音響出力が、80Hzにおける前記音響出力から約13dBを超えて低下しない請求項9に記載のテレビジョン。
- 40Hzにおける前記音響出力が、80Hzにおける前記音響出力から約10dBを超えて低下しない請求項9に記載のテレビジョン。
