Claims (21)
- 透明な薄膜トランジスタ基板を有する薄膜トランジスタ層と、
前記薄膜トランジスタ基板上の信号ラインのグリッドと、
前記信号ラインのグリッドと前記薄膜トランジスタ基板との間のパターン化されたブラックマスクと、
を備えたディスプレイ。 - カラーフィルタ層と、
前記カラーフィルタ層と前記信号ラインのグリッドとの間に介在された液晶層と、
を更に備えた請求項1に記載のディスプレイ。 - 前記液晶層と前記カラーフィルタ層との間に配置された付加的なブラックマスクを更に備えた、請求項2に記載のディスプレイ。
- 第1の偏光子と、
第2の偏光子と、
