Claims (10)
- 統合スタータ・ジェネレータ(ISG)モータのローター装置であって、
該ローター装置は、一体鋳造後に一体加工により構成された一体型構造を有し、
該ローター装置は、麦藁帽子形状を有し、帽子の上部の外側面が面(11)であり、帽子のつばの外側面が面(13)であり、帽子のつばの内側面が面(12)であり、面(11)と面(13)とを接続している面が面(14)であり、
該ローター装置の面(11)に、クランクシャフトと一緒に固定するための複数の貫通孔(1)が形成され、
該ローター装置の面(12)に、クラッチと接続するための複数のねじ孔(2)が形成され、ねじ孔(2)が面(12)に対向する面(13)を貫通していることを特徴とするローター装置。 - 面(13)に複数のボス(3)が形成され、ボス(3)毎に1つのねじ孔(2)が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のローター装置。
- 面(13)と面(14)との夾角の間に、複数の三角形状のリブ(4)が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のローター装置。
- 面(11)にボス(5)が形成され、全ての貫通孔(1)が該ボス(5)上に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のローター装置。
- 面(11)、面(12)及び面(13)が互いに平行な平面であり、面(14)が面(11)及び面(12)に垂直な曲面であることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のローター装置。
- エンジンと、エンジンに接続されているクランクシャフトと、クランクシャフトに接続されるとともに一緒に回転するローター装置と、ローター装置に固定されているローター鉄心と、ローター装置に接続されているクラッチと、クラッチに接続されているギアボックスとを備えるローターワーキングシステムであって、
該ローター装置は、一体鋳造後に一体加工により構成された一体型構造を有し、
該ローター装置は、麦藁帽子形状を有し、帽子の上部の外側面が面(11)であり、帽子のつばの外側面が面(13)であり、帽子のつばの内側面が面(12)であり、面(11)と面(13)とを接続している面が面(14)であり、
該ローター装置の面(11)に、クランクシャフトと一緒に固定するための複数の貫通孔(1)が形成され、
該ローター装置の面(12)に、クラッチと接続するための複数のねじ孔(2)が形成され、ねじ孔(2)が面(12)に対向する面(13)を貫通していることを特徴とするローターワーキングシステム。 - 面(13)に複数のボス(3)が形成され、ボス(3)毎に1つのねじ孔(2)が形成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のローターワーキングシステム。 - 面(13)と面(14)との夾角の間に、複数の三角形状のリブ(4)が形成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のローターワーキングシステム。 - 面(11)にボス(5)が形成され、全ての貫通孔(1)が該ボス(5)上に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のローターワーキングシステム。
- 面(11)、面(12)及び面(13)が互いに平行な平面であり、面(14)が面(11)及び面(12)に垂直な曲面であることを特徴とする請求項6から9のいずれか1項に記載のローターワーキングシステム。
