Description
Claims (8)
- ポーションプロセスチーズの製造装置であって、プロセスチーズが細長状に形成され、冷却され且つポーションに分割される製造方向において連続的に配置された複数の要素を具備し、該要素が製造空間を画成し、前記ポーションプロセスチーズの製造中、前記製造空間を通して前記プロセスチーズが通過する製造装置において、
防噴流形の筐体が前記製造空間を覆い、前記筐体が、フレーム構造と、該フレーム構造に分離可能に接続された複数の板金要素と、を具備し、シールチューブが、前記板金要素と該板金要素に対向する前記フレーム構造の領域との間に配置され、前記板金要素又は該板金要素に対向する前記フレーム構造の領域を覆うことを特徴とする製造装置。 - 前記板金要素又は該板金要素に対向する前記フレーム構造の領域を覆う前記シールチューブが、ラビリンスシールの方式で設計されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造装置。
- 前記板金要素が外部の曲げ縁部を具備し、該曲げ縁部が、前記シールチューブのための受容部を形成することを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2のいずれか1つに記載の製造装置。
- 前記板金要素が、前記フレーム構造に回転可能に保持され、該フレーム構造に回転可能に保持された前記板金要素に対向する前記フレーム構造の部分が、前記シールチューブのための受容部を形成する周縁のウェブを具備することを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2のいずれか1つに記載の製造装置。
- 前記製造空間が、空気処理システムに接続されることによって、処理された空気が前記製造空間へと案内され得ることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1つに記載の製造装置。
- 空気処理システムが、前記製造空間へと案内される空気をフィルタリングし、乾燥し、且つ/又は、冷却するための要素を具備することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の製造装置。
- 前記空気処理システムの空気流入部は、前記製造空間を通る空気の流れが閉じた回路内に伝わるように製造空間に接続されることを特徴とする請求項5又は請求項6のいずれか1つに記載の製造装置。
- 前記空気処理システムが、前記製造空間の前記筐体へと統合されたことを特徴とする請求項5又は請求項6のいずれか1つに記載の製造装置。
