Claims (22)
- 正極及び負極のうちいずれか一つの極性を有する一つまたは二つ以上の纎維状の第1構造体を含む第1電極と、
第1構造体と異なる極性を有し、前記第1構造体を螺旋状に取り囲む一つまたは二つ以上の纎維状の第2構造体を含む第2電極と、を備えることを特徴とする電極組立体。 - 前記第1及び第2構造体のうち少なくともいずれか一つは、集電体コアと、前記集電体コアを取り囲む活物質層とを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記第1及び第2構造体のうち正極構造体の前記集電体コアは、AlまたはAl合金を含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記第1及び第2構造体のうち負極構造体の前記集電体コアは、CuまたはCu合金を含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記活物質層は、一次電池用または二次電池用の活物質層を備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記第1及び第2構造体のうち正極構造体の活物質層の厚さは、1μmないし300μmであり、
前記第1及び第2構造体のうち負極構造体の活物質層の厚さは、3μmないし100μmであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電極組立体。 - 前記第1及び第2構造体のうち少なくともいずれか一つ上に、電解質コーティング層をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記電解質コーティング層は、固体電解質層を備えることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記第1構造体と前記第2構造体との間に、分離膜をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記分離膜は、第1及び第2構造体のうち少なくともいずれか一つ上にコーティングされることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記第1構造体も螺旋状に延びて、前記第1構造体及び前記第2構造体が互いに取り囲む二重螺旋構造を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記電極組立体は、電池ケース内に所定の長さを有する複数のセグメントとして提供されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記セグメントは、螺旋状、ウエーブ状、カール状及びベルクロ状のうちいずれか一つまたは組み合わせられた構造を有することを特徴とする請求項12に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記セグメントは、電解質が充填される任意の空間を形成するように、ランダムに配列されることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記セグメントは、互いに捻って延びて、太いワイヤ構造を提供することを特徴とする請求項12に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記太いワイヤ構造を螺旋状に取り囲む他のセグメントをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記セグメントは、横糸及び縦糸として互いに交差して織造された配列を有することを特徴とする請求項12に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記セグメントの間に分離膜をさらに備え、
前記セグメントは、前記分離膜を往復貫通する横糸及び縦糸として互いに交差して織造された配列を有することを特徴とする請求項12に記載の電極組立体。 - 前記セグメントは、少なくとも一つの仮想平面を形成するように並んで延びる配列を有することを特徴とする請求項12に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記配列の前記仮想平面は、複数個であり、前記仮想平面の間に分離膜をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項19に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記セグメントは、分離マトリックス内に貫通して配列されることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の電極組立体。
- 積み、曲げ、または巻き式により成形された請求項1に記載の電極組立体の配列と、
前記電極組立体の配列を取り囲むケースと、を備えることを特徴とする電池。
