Claims (8)
- 使用中にガスの過圧が中で生じることのある容器、例えば、車両用の電池などの可動部品、電気又は化学部品の容器のためのベント及び排気装置であって、前記装置が、斯かる容器の開口に配置するように適合された中空の本体(2)を有し、斯かる本体(2)の内部空洞(5)は、閉じられているが、本体(2)の外側及び前記本体(2)の外側にベントするため、容器内で生じたガスが通過することのできる容器の内側に連結された通路(6)と連通しており、この通路(6)には、斯かるガスが透過することのできるフィルター要素(18)が配置され、このフィルター要素(18)は、斯かる本体(2)の内部空洞(5)に配置されていて通路(6)をふさぐ又閉じる位置にフィルター要素を押すようになっている付勢手段(30)の影響下にあり、斯かる手段(30)は、圧力が所定の値を超えると、ガスのベントのために前記通路(6)を開くが、容器内のガスの圧力が前記所定の値よりも下に戻ると、斯かるフィルター要素(18)をふさぐ位置に戻す装置において、フィルター要素(18)が、支持ユニット(20)と一体になっており、斯かるユニットに、付勢手段(30)が直接作用することを特徴とする装置。
- 支持ユニット(20)が、リング形の形状を有し、支持ユニットの中央穴(22)の近くには、フィルター要素(18)が配置され、容器の内側から来る過圧からフィルター要素(18)を保護する手段(23)が備わっているのが好ましいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 斯かる保護手段が、支持ユニット(20)の穴(22)内で半径方向に配置されたアーム(23A、23B、23C)であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の装置。
- フィルター要素(18)が、内部補強ユニット、例えばナイロン等のプラスチック材料の層、を有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 付勢手段(30)が、付勢手段の端のうちの一つ(31)であってフィルター要素(18)に作用する端(29)と反対側の端で、装置(1)の本体(2)の内部空洞(5)を閉じる要素(19)に作用することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記閉じる要素(19)が、二者択一的に、斯かる本体に固定されている又は取り外し可能な態様で、少なくとも一つの前記閉じる要素(19)と装置の前記本体(2)との間の機械的結合により本体に連結されており、装置は斯かる本体(2)の内部空洞(5)と外部環境とを通じさせる少なくとも一つの通路(50)を備え、斯かる通路を通じて、容器から来るガスが通過することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記本体(2)が、第一の部分(3)と第二の部分(4)とを備え、それらの部分は、それらの間で結合されており、第一の部分が、付勢手段(30)を収容し閉じる要素(19)の端で閉じられた空洞(5)を有し、第二の部分(4)が、容器の内側と連通した通路(6)を有し、この第二の部分が、容器の対応する開口の近くで容器と連結されるように適合された端部(12)を有し、第一及び第二の部分(3、4)が結合されている斯かる本体(2)の帯域(15)の近くには、支持ユニットと一体になった可動のフィルター要素が、前記空洞(5)の内側に配置され、前記付勢手段(30)の影響下にあることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 本体(2)の前記第一の部分(3)が、第二の部分(4)の横断方向の寸法よりも大きな横断方向の寸法を有し、前記第一の部分(3)が、斯かるフィルター要素(19)又はフィルター要素の支持ユニット(20)が載る部分(3A)を有し、前記支持体は、前記部分(3A)上に封止部を形成し、容器の内側にガスの過圧がない場合には、斯かるガスが前記フィルター要素の周りを循環し、フィルター要素を通過するのを防止するようになっていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の装置。
