Claims (8)
- 排ガスシステム(30)のための還元剤(2)を利用可能にするためのデバイス(1)であって、還元剤(2)を加熱するためのシステム発熱体(7)が設けられ、さらに前記デバイス(1)は、前記システム発熱体(7)から以下のコンポーネントのうちの少なくとも1つへ熱を伝える少なくとも1つの熱管(11)を有する、デバイス(1):
−タンク(3)、
−送給ライン(6)、
−フィルタ(20)、
−ポンプ(18)、
−バルブ(19)、
−センサ(21)。 - 前記熱管(11)は、タンク発熱体に接続されて、前記送給ライン(6)、前記バルブ(19)、前記センサ(21)および接続エレメント(5)を含む前記コンポーネントを少なくとも有する熱伝導接続において配置される、請求項1に記載のデバイス(1)。
- 前記システム発熱体(7)は、制御可能であり、前記送給ライン(6)、前記フィルタ(20)または前記ポンプ(18)を含む前記コンポーネントのうちの1つに割り当てられ、前記熱管(11)は、少なくとも前記バルブ(19)および/または前記タンク(3)へ熱を伝える、請求項1または2に記載のデバイス(1)。
- 前記デバイス(1)は、前記システム発熱体(7)に加えていかなる能動的加熱システムもさらに有しない、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のデバイス(1)。
- 前記デバイス(1)は、ハウジング(12)内に配置されて、前記フィルタ(20)、前記ポンプ(18)、前記バルブ(19)および前記送給ライン(6)を含むコンポーネントを少なくとも含む送給モジュール(22)を形成し、前記タンク(3)から前記還元剤(2)を取り除くのに、そして前方への移動および分配に適しており、前記システム発熱体(7)は、前記送給モジュール(22)に統合されて、唯一の能動的加熱システムを形成して、前記フィルタ(20)、前記ポンプ(18)、前記バルブ(19)または前記送給ライン(6)を含む前記コンポーネントのうちの少なくとも1つに熱管(11)によって熱伝導方式で接続される、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のデバイス(1)。
- 前記送給モジュール(22)は、単一の支持構造物(8)上に配置される、請求項5に記載のデバイス(1)。
- システム発熱体(7)から、還元剤(2)を利用可能にするためのデバイス(1)の以下のコンポーネントのうちの少なくとも1つへ熱を伝えるための熱管(11)の使用:タンク(3)、送給ライン(6)、フィルタ(20)、ポンプ(18)、バルブ(19)およびセンサ(21)。
- 内燃機関(16)、排ガスシステム(30)、前記内燃機関(16)からの排ガスを浄化するための排ガス処理デバイス(17)、および請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のデバイス(1)を有し、前記排ガス処理デバイス(17)は、前記デバイス(1)によって還元剤(2)を供給される、自動車両(15)。
