Description
・前記シールドガスは、前記少なくとも1つの追加混合物が1容積%から20容積%まで含んでいる。
・前記金属部分又は部品は、実質的にアルミニウム及びシリコン(Al/Si)から成る表面被覆を備えた鋼からなる。
その発明によるレーザ/アークハイブリッド溶接法によれば、それぞれの比率が90重量%及び10重量%のアルミニウム/シリコン合金の約30μmの層で覆われた鋼部に、炭酸ガスタイプのレーザ源及びMIGアーク溶接トーチを使用するハイブリッド溶接を実行することで、好結果を与えた。
・ テストA(比較例):70%のヘリウム及び30%のアルゴンから生成されたARCAL 37混合物、
・ テストB:6%のN2が加えられるARCAL 37混合物。
Claims (12)
- 互いに結合するアークとレーザ・ビームと、アルミニウムを主成分とした表面被覆を含んだ少なくとも1つの鋼部上で生成される溶融池を用い、その溶接金属は、消費可能なワイヤを溶かすことにより提供され、さらにシールドガスを用いて生成し、前記シールドガスはアルゴン及びヘリウムから選ばれた少なくとも1つの主な混合物、及び、窒素と酸素から選ばれた少なくとも1つの追加混合物を含むことを特徴とするレーザ/アークハイブリッド溶接法。
- 前記シールドガスは、前記少なくとも1つの追加混合物が1容積%から20容積%まで含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1で請求される方法。
- 前記シールドガスは、前記少なくとも1つの追加混合物が2容積%から10容積%まで含んでいることを特徴とする前記請求項のいずれか1つで請求される方法。
- 前記シールドガスは、追加混合物として窒素のみを含んでいることを特徴とする前記請求項のいずれか1つで請求される方法。
- 前記シールドガスは、4容積%から7容積%まで追加混合物として窒素を含んでいることを特徴とする前記請求項のいずれか1つで請求される方法。
- 前記シールドガスはヘリウム/Ar/N2あるいはAr/N2の混合であることを特徴とする前記請求項のいずれか1つで請求される方法。
- 前記鋼部又は部品は、アルミニウムを主成分とし、5〜100μm、好ましくは50μm以下の間の厚さである表面被覆を含んでいることを特徴とする前記請求項のいずれか1つで請求される方法。
- 前記金属部又は部分は、アルミニウム及びシリコンを主成分とした表面被覆を備えた鋼からなり、好ましくは前記表面被覆がアルミニウムを70重量%以上含んでいることを特徴とする前記請求項のいずれか1つで請求される方法。
- 前記消費可能なワイヤは、アーク、好ましくはMIG溶接トーチによって得られたアークで溶解されることを特徴とする前記請求項のいずれか1つで請求される方法。
- 前記消費可能なワイヤは、炭素及び/又はマンガン(最低0.1%の炭素及び最低2%のマンガン)を含んでいることを特徴とする前記請求項のいずれか1つで請求される方法。
- 前記溶接される部分又は部品は、テイラードブランク材、パイプ、又は、マフラーの部品であることを特徴とする前記請求項のいずれか1つで請求される方法。
- 前記部品は、I型突合せ形状で、配置され、溶接されることを特徴とする前記請求項のいずれか1つで請求される方法。
