Description
ポリプロピレングリコール、ポリブチレングリコール、ポリメチレングリコールおよびそれらのエーテルである。これらの可塑剤は、流動挙動または柔軟性を調節するために好適に用いられる。その量は、接着剤の固形分に基づき0重量%であってよく、15重量%以下であり得る。
ガラス転移温度Tg:DSCにより測定
固形分:105℃で、DIN 53189により測定
粘度:25℃で、ブルックフィールド、EN ISO 2555により測定
粒子径:光散乱原理を利用して測定、D50値は、コールター・カウンターにより測定した、50体積%の粒子が表示値より小さくなる値である
分子量:GPC(スチレン標準)により決定した数平均分子量(MN)

Claims (14)
- 15,000g/モルを超える分子量、および、一方のガラス転移温度(Tg)が50℃以上であり、他方のガラス転移温度が+10℃以下である少なくとも2つの異なるガラス転移温度を有する、25〜70重量%のアクリレートブロックコポリマーおよび/またはスチレンブロックコポリマーおよび添加剤を含有し、分散体に含まれる有機溶媒が0.5重量%未満である水性接着剤分散体。
- ブロックコポリマーが極性基を含む、請求項1に記載の接着剤分散体。
- 分散体が、少なくとも1つの合成樹脂、および任意にアニオン性乳化剤をさらに含有する、請求項1または2に記載の接着剤分散体。
- 分散体が、0.1〜10μmの平均粒子径(D50)を有する、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の接着剤分散体。
- 分散体が、顔料またはフィラーを含まない、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の接着剤分散体。
- ポリマーとしてアクリレートブロックコポリマーを使用し、特に樹脂を含有しない、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の接着剤分散体。
- ポリマーとしてスチレンブロックコポリマーを使用し、特に10〜25%の合成樹脂を含まない、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の接着剤分散体。
- ブロックコポリマーと樹脂および/または添加剤の有機溶媒溶液を製造し、任意に中和剤、乳化剤および/または消泡剤を含む水相にポリマー溶液を分散し、溶媒を必要に応じて真空下で留去することにより分散体を製造し、用いる有機溶媒が、150℃以下の沸点を有する芳香族溶媒、ケトン、C1〜C5アルコール、C1〜C6アルコールとC1〜C3カルボン酸のエステルまたは炭化水素である、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の接着剤分散体の製造方法。
- 有機溶媒混合物が芳香族または脂肪族炭化水素を含まない、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 溶媒の蒸留を、真空下、120℃以下の温度で行う、請求項8または9に記載の方法。
- 繊維および繊維物質の接着結合のための、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の接着剤分散体の使用。
- プラスチックフィルムを被覆し、その後別の基材へ接着結合するための、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の接着剤分散体の使用。
- 繊維、繊維物質、またはプラスチックフィルムを接着剤分散体で被覆した後、熱により接着可能な接着層を有する中間生成物となるまで乾燥させる、請求項11または12に記載の使用。
- 複合材料を得るために、被覆基材を加圧および加熱により結合させる、請求項13に記載の使用。
