Description
本発明は、その内容全体が参照として本明細書に組み込まれる、2010年4月30日に出願された先願の米国特許仮出願第61/330,268号の優先権を主張するものである。
ハブと、前記ハブから径方向外側に延びる複数のハイドロタービンブレードとを備えるロータと、ダクトの入口端と出口端の少なくとも1つが立面図で長円形であることを特徴とする前記ダクトと、を備え、
前記ダクトの出口の断面積と前記ダクトの入口の断面積との比率が1.1〜2.1の範囲にある。
Claims (22)
- 水流から発電するためのハイドロタービン発電機装置であって、
ハブと、該ハブから径方向外側に延びる複数のブレード;及び
前記ダクトの入口及び出口端の少なくとも一方が平面図で長円形であることを特徴とする前記ダクトを備え、
前記ダクトの入口の断面積に対する前記ダクトの出口の断面積の比が1.1から2.1の範囲であるハイドロタービン発電機装置。 - 前記ダクトの前記入口端が立面図で概ね円形であり、前記ダクトの前記出口端が立面図で長円形である請求項1に記載のハイドロタービン発電機装置。
- 前記ダクトの垂直寸法が前記ダクトの水平寸法未満である請求項1及び2のいずれかに記載のハイドロタービン発電機装置。
- 前記入口の断面積に対する出口の断面積の比が1.2から1.6の範囲である請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のハイドロタービン発電機装置。
- 前記ダクトの入口と出口の少なくとも一方が立面図で概ね円形、長円形、超楕円形、楕円形又はそれらのいずれかの組み合わせである請求項1に記載のハイドロタービン発電機装置。
- αは、前記タービン装置の中心縦軸と、前記ダクトの前記出口端で前記ダクトの内表面に接する線とがなす角度であり、
βは、前記タービン装置の前記中心縦軸と、前記ダクトの末広部分の始点にある第1のポイントと前記第1のポイントから直ぐ下流の前記ダクトの前記内表面上の前記ダクトの前記出口端に位置する第2のポイントとの間の線とがなす角度であり、
α/βの比が1.5〜2.5の範囲にある、請求項1〜5の内いずれか一項に記載のハイドロタービン装置。 - 前記ハブが、該ハブを貫通して縦に延びる少なくとも1つの内壁表面により画成される縦穴を備える請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のハイドロタービン装置。
- 前記ダクトの側面上に少なくとも1つの吸気フードを更に備え、該少なくとも1つの吸気フードが更に、水流の向きを前記ダクトの前記外表面から前記内表面へと変更するように、前記ダクトの外表面と内表面との間に前記ダクトの外表面と内表面との間に延びる少なくとも1つの吸気ベントを画成する請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のハイドロタービン装置。
- 前記ダクトの前記出口端で縁部表面に少なくとも1つの切り欠き部が画成されるように、前記ダクトの前記出口端で前記縁部表面を前記ダクトの前記入口端の方向に偏向させる請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のハイドロタービン装置。
- 前記ダクトの前記出口端で前記縁部表面の上面に第1の前記切り欠き部を設け、且つ前記ダクトの前記出口端で前記縁部表面の底面に第2の前記切り欠き部を設ける請求項9に記載のハイドロタービン装置。
- 前記ダクトが、前記入口端に側立面図で傾斜する前面を有し、該前面の突出する下部前面縁部から前記前面の凹んだ上部前面縁部の方向に、前記ハブに向かって内側に傾倒する請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のハイドロタービン装置。
- 前記ブレードがその翼幅に沿って少なくとも1つの傾斜部を備える請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載のハイドロタービン発電機装置。
- 前記ブレードが該ブレードの低圧側の少なくとも一部に沿って少なくとも2つのビード面特徴を備える請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載のハイドロタービン発電機装置。
- 前記ブレードが各々、前記ハブの近傍の根元部と、前記ハブから遠位の先端部とを備え、前記ブレードが翼弦の厚さと翼弦の長さ寸法の少なくとも1つの方向で前記根元部から前記先端部へとテーパ状に形成される請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載のハイドロタービン発電機装置。
- 前記ブレードが各々、前記ハブの近傍の根元部と、前記ハブから遠位の先端部とを備え、前記ブレードが前記根元部と前記先端部との間の少なくとも一部に沿って延びるねじれ部を備える請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載のハイドロタービン発電機装置。
- 前記テーパ部が、前記ハイドロタービンブレードの前縁と後縁の少なくとも一方に方向にバイアスされる請求項14に記載のハイドロタービン発電機装置。
- 一面軸方向磁束磁気発電機を更に備え、該磁気発電機が、前記ハイドロタービン発電機の軸方向の軸受荷重の少なくとも一部を平衡するようにされた軸方向の磁気吸引力を備える軸方向軸受機能を提供する請求項1から16のいずれか一項に記載のハイドロタービン発電機装置。
- 前記磁気発電機のロータとステータとの間のギャップを動的に調整可能であり、前記軸方向の磁気吸引力を動的に調整するように動作する請求項17に記載のハイドロタービン発電機。
- 前記発電機が、付加的にタービンポンプとして動作可能な請求項1から18のいずれか一項に記載のハイドロタービン発電機。
- 永久磁石発電機を付加的に備え、前記永久磁石発電機のロータとステータとの間のギャップが、前記ハイドロタービン発電機の浸水動作中に完全に水で溢れるようにされた請求項1から19のいずれか一項に記載のハイドロタービン発電機。
- 少なくとも1つの摩擦防止軸受を付加的に備え、該少なくとも1つの摩擦防止軸受が、前記ハイドロタービン発電機の浸水動作中に完全に水で溢れるようにされた請求項1から20のいずれか一項に記載のハイドロタービン発電機。
- 永久磁石発電機ロータを有する一面軸方向磁束磁気発電機を付加的に備え、前記電力が可変電圧及び可変周波数信号からなり、前記発電機が付加的に、少なくとも1つの同種の発電機に、及び前記可変電圧及び可変周波数信号を固定電圧及び固定周波数信号に変換する少なくとも1つの電力変換モジュールに並列接続で接続可能である請求項1から21のいずれか一項に記載のハイドロタービン発電機。
