Description
Claims (15)
- シアヌル酸メラミンと、
ポリリン酸メラミンと、
ポリ(エチレンテレフタレート)と、
チタネートカップリング剤とを含む、無ハロゲン難燃性混合物。 - 前記チタネートカップリング剤はネオアルコキシチタンである、請求項1に記載の混合物。
- 前記MC、MPPおよびPETは、100ppmを下回る合算水分含有量を含む、請求項1に記載の混合物。
- 前記MCを前記混合物の5〜12重量%含み、前記MPPを前記混合物の5〜12重量%含む、請求項1に記載の混合物。
- 粒子サイズが約2μmの前記MCが供給され、粒子サイズが約5μmの前記MPPが供給される、請求項1に記載の混合物。
- シアヌル酸メラミンを供給するステップと、
ポリリン酸メラミンを供給するステップと、
ポリ(エチレンテレフタレート)を供給するステップと、
チタネートカップリング剤を供給するステップと、
前記シアヌル酸メラミン、前記ポリリン酸メラミン、前記ポリ(エチレンテレフタレート)および前記チタネートカップリング剤の混合物を形成するステップと、
前記混合物を混合するステップと、
前記混合された混合物を押出成形するステップとを含む、
無ハロゲン難燃性連続材料を形成する方法。 - 前記チタネートカップリング剤としてネオアルコキシチタンを供給するステップをさらに含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記混合物からモノフィラメントを押出成形するステップをさらに含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記MC、MPPおよびPETが100ppm未満の合算水分含有量を有する状態で前記混合物を押出成形するステップをさらに含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記混合物の5〜12重量%の前記MCおよび前記混合物の5〜12重量%の前記MPPを供給するステップをさらに含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記混合物の0.1〜1.0重量%の前記チタネートカップリング剤を供給するステップをさらに含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 粒子サイズが約2μmの前記MCおよび粒子サイズが約5μmの前記MPPを供給するステップをさらに含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記PETを、前記MCおよびMPPの組み合わせた量と、約1:1の比率で供給するステップをさらに含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 混合中、約245〜260℃の間に前記混合物の温度を維持するステップをさらに含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 管状の壁部用に織り交ぜられた糸を含む難燃性防護テキスタイルスリーブであって、
前記糸の少なくとも一部は、シアヌル酸メラミンと、ポリリン酸メラミンと、ポリ(エチレンテレフタレート)と、チタネートカップリング剤とを含む押出成形されたようなモノフィラメントである、難燃性防護テキスタイルスリーブ。
