Claims (25)
- 整形外科用の固定方法であって、前記方法は、
固定装置を第1および第2の骨部分に取り付けるステップと、
前記固定装置および前記第1および第2の骨部分の第1の画像を、前記固定装置に対する第1の方位からキャプチャするステップと、
前記固定装置および前記第1および第2の骨部分の第2の画像を、前記第1の方位と異なる前記固定装置に対する第2の方位からキャプチャするステップと、
前記第1および第2の画像に対する第1および第2の変換行列をそれぞれ計算するステップと、
前記変換行列を利用して、前記固定装置に対する前記第1および第2の骨部分の3次元表示を再構築するステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記固定装置は、
前記第1の骨部分に取り付けられた第1の固定要素と、
前記第2の骨部分に取り付けられた第2の固定要素と、
前記第1の固定要素を前記第2の固定要素に接続する複数の調節部材と、
を有する、
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記第1および第2の方位は互いに直交していない、
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記固定装置は創外固定装置を構成する、
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記創外固定装置は、仮骨延長リングシステム、6脚あるいはテイラースペーシャルフレームを具える、
請求項4に記載の方法。 - 少なくとも1つの追加の画像がキャプチャされ、
前記少なくとも1つの追加の画像の各々に対してそれぞれ変換行列が計算される、
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記固定装置は、少なくとも1つの固定器要素を具え、
前記第1の変換行列は、前記第1の画像内の前記少なくとも1つの固定器要素のうちの第1の選択された固定器要素の位置を、3次元空間内の前記第1の選択された固定器要素の対応する位置と比較すること基づいて計算され、
前記第2の変換行列は、前記第2の画像内の前記少なくとも1つの固定器要素のうちの第2の選択された固定器要素の位置を、3次元空間内の前記第2の選択された固定器要素の対応する位置と比較すること基づいて計算される、
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記第1および第2の変換行列は、第1および第2の複数のイメージング・シーン・パラメータにそれぞれ分解される、
請求項7に記載の方法。 - 前記少なくとも1つの固定器要素は、前記第1および第2の画像にて識別される前記固定装置の単一の構成要素を具える、
請求項7に記載の方法。 - 前記第1の選択された固定器要素は、前記固定装置の第1の構成要素に対応し、
前記第2の選択された固定器要素は、前記第1の構成要素と異なる前記固定装置の第2の構成要素に対応する、

請求項7に記載の方法。 - 前記少なくとも1つの固定器要素は、点、線または円錐により表される、
請求項7に記載の方法。 - 前記3次元表示は、前記第1および第2の複数のイメージング・シーン・パラメータと、前記第1の画像の骨要素の位置と、前記第2の画像の骨要素の位置と、を使用して再構築される、
請求項8に記載の方法。 - 前記骨要素は、前記第1または第2の骨部分の身体構造上の特徴を具える、
請求項13に記載の方法。 - 前記3次元表示は、前記第1および第2の複数のイメージング・シーン・パラメータと、前記第1の画像の複数の骨要素のそれぞれの位置と、前記第2の画像の複数の骨要素のそれぞれの位置と、を使用して再構築される、

請求項15に記載の方法。 - プロセッサにより実行されるとき、整形外科用の固定の画像解析の方法を実行するコンピュータ可読命令を有するコンピュータ可読の記憶媒体であって、前記方法は、
撮像装置を介して、固定装置および前記固定装置に取り付けられた第1および第2の骨部分の第1および第2の画像をキャプチャするステップと、
複数のイメージング・シーン・パラメータを得るステップと、
前記複数のイメージング・シーン・パラメータに基づき、前記固定装置に対する前記第1および第2の骨部分の3次元表示を再構築するステップと、
を含み、
前記第1の画像は第1の方位からキャプチャされ、前記第2の画像は前記第1の方位と異なる第2の方位からキャプチャされる、
ことを特徴とするコンピュータ可読の記憶媒体。 - 前記第1および第2の画像は互いに直交していない、
請求項17に記載のコンピュータ可読の記憶媒体。 - 前記方法は、前記第1および第2の画像の複数の固定器要素のそれぞれの位置を識別するステップをさらに含む、

操作装置を第1および第2の対象物に取り付けるステップと、
前記操作装置および前記第1および第2の対象物の第1の画像を第1の方位からキャプチャするステップと、
前記操作装置および前記第1および第2の対象物の第2の画像を第2の方位からキャプチャするステップと、
前記第1および第2の画像内の複数の操作装置部品のそれぞれの表示を識別するステップと、
前記それぞれの表示の位置を利用して、前記第1および第2の画像のための第1および第2の変換行列をそれぞれ計算するステップと、
前記第1および第2の変換行列を第1および第2の複数のイメージング・シーン・パラメータにそれぞれ分解するステップと、
前記操作装置に対する前記第1および第2の対象物の3次元表示を再構築するステップと、
前記第1および第2の対象物の互いに対する再位置決めを表す、前記操作装置に対する形状変化を算出するステップと、
前記形状変化を実現し、前記第1および第2の対象物を互いに対して再位置決めするステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記3次元表示は、前記第1および第2の複数のイメージング・シーン・パラメータと、前記第1の画像の少なくとも1つの前記対象物の要素の位置と、前記第2の画像の少なくとも1つ前記対象物の要素の位置と、を使用して再構築される、
