Claims (13)
- ボアにおいて切下げを生成するための切下げツールであって、
a.切下げられるべきボアの中に少なくとも部分的に挿入されることができるツール本体と、
b.前記ツール本体に移動可能に取り付けられている少なくとも1つの楔と、
c.少なくとも1つの切断表面と
を備え、
前記少なくとも1つの楔は、前記切下げツールの回転による遠心力によって外側に変位され、前記少なくとも1つの切断表面は、前記少なくとも1つの楔が外側に変位されている場合に、前記切下げられるべきボアに切り入るように適合されている、
切下げツール。 - 前記少なくとも1つの楔は、前記ツール本体に旋回可能に取り付けられている、請求項1に記載の切下げツール。
- 前記少なくとも1つの楔は、前記ツール本体と一体的に形成されている、請求項1に記載の切下げツール。
- 前記少なくとも1つの楔は、前記ツール本体に摺動可能に取り付けられている、請求項1に記載の切下げツール。
- 前記少なくとも1つの楔は、可撓性材料によって前記ツール本体に取り付けられている、請求項1または3に記載の切下げツール。
- 前記少なくとも1つの楔は、前記ツール本体の下側端に取り付けられている、請求項1〜請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の切下げツール。
- 前記少なくとも1つの切断表面は、少なくとも1つの楔のうちの少なくとも1つの一部分である、請求項1〜請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の切下げツール。
- 前記少なくとも1つの切断表面は、前記少なくとも1つの楔のうちの少なくとも1つに取り付けられている、請求項1、2、3、4、5または6に記載の切下げツール。
- 前記切下げツールは、2つ以上の楔を有している、請求項1〜請求項8のいずれか一項に記載の切下げツール。
- 前記切下げツールは、前記ボア内に実質的に円錐台形の切下げを形成するように適合されている、請求項1〜請求項9のいずれか一項に記載の切下げツール。
- 前記少なくとも1つの楔の所望の外側変位が達成されると、前記少なくとも1つの楔および/またはその一部は、前記切下げツールおよび/またはその一部に当接し、前記ボアの過剰な切下げを防止する、請求項1〜請求項10のいずれか一項に記載の切下げツール。
- 前記切下げツールは、ドリル、ハンドドリル、大型ドリル、大型リグ、切断機械、機械加工ツール等に取り付くように適合されている、請求項1〜請求項11のいずれか一項に記載の切下げツール。
- 実質的に、添付の図面を参照して本明細書に説明される切下げツール。
