- 前記基体(4)は、特に平坦な側部上に複数個の互いに異なる検出又は結合領域(5)を有する、請求項1〜10のうちいずれか一に記載の器具。
- 前記基体(4)は、磁気的に且つ/或いは無接触で動くことができる、請求項1〜11のうちいずれか一に記載の器具。
- 前記基体(4)は、前記チャネル(3)内で実質的に直線の状態で動くことができると共に/或いは前後に動くことができる、請求項1〜12のうちいずれか一に記載の器具。
- 前記試薬は、抗体(7)であり、又は抗体(7)を含む、請求項1〜13のうちいずれか一に記載の器具。
- 前記検出又は結合領域(5)は、不動化された抗体(7)で形成され又は覆われている、請求項1〜14のうちいずれか一に記載の器具。
- 前記器具(1)は、免疫測定器具を形成している、請求項1〜15のうちいずれか一に記載の器具。
- 前記器具(1)は、単一の基体(4)を有し又は単一の可動基体(4)が前記チャネル(3)2に設けられている、請求項1〜16のうちいずれか一に記載の器具。
- 前記基体(4)は、細長い形態のものである、請求項1〜17のうちいずれか一に記載の器具。
- 前記チャネル(3)は、反応チャンバを形成する前記チャネル(3)の領域内に前記検体(2)を保持する少なくとも1つの手段を有する、請求項1〜18のうちいずれか一に記載の器具。
- 反応チャンバを形成する前記チャネル(3)の領域に隣接して、前記検体(2)と共に前記チャネル(3)のガス空間が設けられ、前記基体(4)は、相境界部を越えて且つ/或いは前記ガス空間中に又は前記ガス空間を通って動くことができる、請求項1〜19のうちいずれか一に記載の器具。
- 前記物質の結合又は前記検出又は結合領域(5)内における他の変化―特に前記検体(2)中の分析物を測定するため―は、特に前記基体(4)がガス空間中に配置されているとき、光学的に検出可能である、請求項1〜20のうちいずれか一に記載の器具。
- 前記基体(4)は、前記チャネル(3)の互いに異なる領域中に、互いに異なる反応チャンバ中に及び/又は前記検体(2)とは異なる少なくとも1種類の液体中に選択的に動くことができ、又この逆の関係が成り立つ、請求項1〜21のうちいずれか一に記載の器具。
- 特に請求項1〜22のうちいずれか一に記載の器具(1)によって液体検体(2)を取り扱い又は分析する方法であって、物質のための少なくとも1つの検出又は結合領域(5)を有する基体(4)を前記検体(2)を収容したマイクロフルイディックシステム内で動かし、特に、前記物質は、前記検体(2)の分析物、前記分析物により形成される錯体(6)若しくは前記分析物に依存する反応生成物、又は前記検体(2)の分析物、前記分析物により形成される錯体(6)若しくは前記分析物に依存する反応生成物と相互作用し又は結合する試薬であり、或いは前記物質は、前記検体(2)の分析物、前記分析物により形成される錯体(6)若しくは前記分析物に依存する反応生成物、又は前記検体(2)の分析物、前記分析物により形成される錯体(6)若しくは前記分析物に依存する反応生成物と相互作用し又は結合する試薬を含む、方法において、
前記基体(4)を前記物質の検出のために前記検体(2)から出して前記マイクロフルイディックシステムのガス空間中に動かし又は前記ガス空間を通って前記検体(2)とは異なる液体中に動かし又はこの逆の関係が成り立つ、方法。 - 前記物質の検出は、前記ガス空間内において光学的に、特に発光測定法又は蛍光測定法により実施される、請求項23記載の方法。
