Claims (9)
- 液体還元剤(2)を提供する装置(25)であって、前記液体還元剤(2)を格納するための還元剤タンク(1)を備え、前記還元剤タンク(1)は、少なくとも1つのヒータ(3)を備え、前記少なくとも1つのヒータ(3)は、前記還元剤タンク(1)において移動可能な仕方で配置されて、アクティブヒータ(3)の形態をとり、前記装置(25)は、前記少なくとも1つのヒータ(3)と還元剤(2)のための抽出ポイント(5)との間にチャネル(15)を形成するためのアクティブ透孔ヒータ(33)を備える、装置(25)。
- 前記少なくとも1つのヒータ(3)は、フロートの形態をとる、請求項1に記載の装置(25)。
- 前記少なくとも1つのヒータ(3)は、少なくとも1つの加熱部(34)および少なくとも1つの浮力部(35)を備える、請求項1または2に記載の装置(25)。
- 前記少なくとも1つのヒータ(3)は、当該少なくとも1つのヒータ(3)にエネルギーを供給するための供給ライン(21)を備え、前記アクティブ透孔ヒータ(33)は、前記供給ライン(21)に同様に設けられる、請求項3に記載の装置(25)。
- 前記還元剤タンク(1)内の前記還元剤(2)の充填レベル(10)を検出するための少なくとも1つのコンポーネント(9)は、前記少なくとも1つのヒータ(3)に設けられる、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の装置(25)。
- 前記少なくとも1つのヒータ(3)がガイド構造に沿って移動できる当該少なくとも1つのヒータ(3)のためのガイド構造(13)は、前記還元剤タンク(1)に設けられる、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の装置(25)。
- 前記少なくとも1つのヒータ(3)は、それが凍結した還元剤の表面(14)において作動しているときに、融解した還元剤(2)のための流出面(32)が形成されるように配置されるかまたは成形される、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の装置(25)。
- 還元剤タンク(1)内の凍結した還元剤(2)を融解する方法であって、少なくとも:
(a)還元剤の表面(14)の近くに移動可能な仕方で少なくとも1つのアクティブヒータ(3)を配置するステップ;
(b)前記還元剤(2)が前記還元剤の表面(14)で凍結する場合に、前記少なくとも1つのヒータ(3)を起動させるステップ;
(c)前記還元剤の表面(14)で還元剤(2)を融解して、前記少なくとも1つのヒータ(3)を移動させるステップ;および
(d)前記還元剤(2)のための抽出ポイント(5)に前記融解した還元剤(2)を供給するステップ、
を含む方法。 - 内燃機関(17)ならびに、還元剤(2)のための供給部(19)および請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の装置(25)を備える排ガス処理装置(18)を備える、車両(16)。
