Abstract
【解決手段】本発明のセメント入りポリマー系塗膜防水剤は、アクリルエマルジョン65〜75重量%と、マイクロセメント12〜20重量%と、生石灰10〜18重量%と、流動化剤0.02〜0.2重量%と、消泡剤0.02〜0.2重量%と、膨張剤0.02〜0.2重量%と、を含む。また、その製造方法は、第1の円形タンクに液状のアクリルエマルジョンを65〜75重量%用意する第1のステップと、第2の円形タンクに、粉末状態のマイクロセメント12〜20重量%、生石灰10〜18重量%、流動化剤0.02〜0.2重量%、消泡剤0.02〜0.2重量%及び膨張剤0.02〜0.2重量%を用意する第2のステップと、前記第2の円形タンクに用意された中身を前記第1の円形タンクに注いで電動ミキサーにより希釈させる第3のステップと、を含むことを特徴とする。

- アクリルエマルジョン65〜75重量%と、

を含むことを特徴とするセメント入りポリマー系塗膜防水剤。 - 前記アクリルエマルジョン70重量%と、
前記マイクロセメント16重量%と、
前記生石灰13.8重量%と、
前記流動化剤0.06重量%と、
前記消泡剤0.1重量%と、
前記膨張剤0.04重量%と、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセメント入りポリマー系塗膜防水剤。 - 第1の円形タンクに液状のアクリルエマルジョンを65〜75重量%用意する第1のステップと、
第2の円形タンクに、粉末状態のマイクロセメント12〜20重量%、生石灰10〜18重量%、流動化剤0.02〜0.2重量%、消泡剤0.02〜0.2重量%及び膨張剤0.02〜0.2重量%を用意する第2のステップと、
前記第2の円形タンクに用意された中身を前記第1の円形タンクに注いで電動ミキサーにより希釈させる第3のステップと、
を含むことを特徴とするセメント入りポリマー系塗膜防水剤の製造方法。 - 前記第1のステップにおいて用意されるアクリルエマルジョンは70重量%であり、
前記第2のステップにおいて用意されるマイクロセメントは16重量%であり、生石灰は13.8重量%であり、流動化剤は0.06重量%であり、消泡剤は0.1重量%であり、膨張剤は0.04重量%であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のセメント入りポリマー系塗膜防水剤の製造方法。
