Abstract
Description
本発明は更に、請求項10に規定されるような、本発明による組成物を押出加工することによって製造される人工木材に関する。
本発明の利点および/または好ましい実施形態は、従属請求項の内容である。
本発明による人工木材は、本発明による組成物を押出加工することにより製造される。押出加工により得られる製品は、例えば板状または例えば輪郭部である。
本発明による人工木材の更なる実施形態において、その表面は任意の適切な前処理後に(例えば下塗りを適用した後に)色塗り、艶出し加工、または油脂加工される。例えば色塗りには、水系単一成分塗料またはニスが適切である。極端な環境での使用には、二成分塗料またはニスが特に適切である。
本発明による人工木材、すなわち本発明による木材の代替材料は、木材に非常に近い光学特性および質感を有し、多くの種類の木材よりも多くの面で向上した特性を提供する。
本発明による人工木材を製造する時、PVC樹脂とピーナッツ殻および/または籾殻粉末との混合物に、特定量の再生された本発明による人工木材、例えば廃棄用に生じる切断物を加えてもよい。
Claims (16)
- 人工木材を製造するための組成物であって、30〜40重量%のPVC樹脂と、30〜40重量%の粒径0.42〜0.25mm(40〜60メッシュ)の籾殻粉末およびピーナッツ殻粉末の少なくともいずれか一方との混合物を含む組成物。
- PVC樹脂と籾殻粉末およびピーナッツ殻粉末の少なくともいずれか一方とは約50:50の割合で混合される、請求項1に記載の人工木材を製造するための組成物。
- 1つ以上の下記の添加剤:熱可塑性物質系化学的結合剤、着色顔料、潤滑剤、炭酸カルシウムおよびPVC加工助剤が、PVC樹脂、籾殻粉末、およびピーナッツ殻粉末のうちの少なくともいずれか1つの混合物に混合される、請求項1または2に記載の人工木材を製造するための組成物。
- 30〜40重量%のPVC樹脂、30〜40重量%の粒径0.42〜0.25mm(40〜60メッシュ)の籾殻粉末およびピーナッツ殻粉末の少なくともいずれか一方、8〜12重量%の熱可塑性材料系化学的結合剤、0.5〜1重量%の着色顔料、2〜4重量%の潤滑剤、12〜18重量%の炭酸カルシウム、および8〜12重量%のPVC加工助剤を含有する請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の人工木材を製造するための組成物。
- 31〜37重量%のPVC樹脂を含有する請求項4に記載の人工木材を製造するための組成物。
- 33〜36重量%の籾殻粉末およびピーナッツ殻粉末の少なくともいずれか一方を含有する請求項4または5に記載の人工木材を製造するための組成物。
- 7〜9重量%の熱可塑性材料系化学的結合剤を含有する請求項4〜6のいずれか一項に記載の人工木材を製造するための組成物。
- 11〜15重量%の炭酸カルシウムを含有する請求項4〜7のいずれか一項に記載の人工木材を製造するための組成物。
- PVC樹脂粒子および籾殻粉末またはピーナッツ殻粉末がほぼ同じ粒径である請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の人工木材を製造するための組成物。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の人工木材を製造するための組成物を押出加工することによって得られる人工木材。
- 押出加工することによって得られる製品が板状または輪郭部である請求項10に記載の人工木材。
- 押出製品の表面に形成されたプラスチック膜が押出後に除去される、請求項10または11に記載の人工木材。
- プラスチック膜が研磨により除去される請求項12に記載の人工木材。
- 研磨が24〜60のグレイン値を有する研磨材料によって実施される、請求項13に記載の人工木材。
- 表面がニス塗りまたは艶出し加工されている、請求項10〜14のいずれか一項に記載の人工木材。
- 建築材、床板材、壁材、天井材として、あるいは枕木、ベニヤ、開き窓、柵、家具、車両、または電化製品のケーシングに請求項10〜15のいずれか一項に記載の人工木材を使用する方法。
