一种防火、无甲醛的木塑墙板,涉及木塑墙板加工生产技术领域,其特征在于:产品由PVC粉20-29%、碳酸钙粉18-30%、植物粉14-27%、聚苯胺7-15%、PVC粘合剂5-10%、乙基苯酸钾7-14%、甲基丙酸酯粘合剂6-13%组成。本发明方法合理、配比清晰,产品无甲醛并且能够防火的一种防火、无甲醛。

本发明涉及木塑墙板加工生产技术领域,具体涉及一种防火、无甲醛的木塑墙板及其制备方法。
背景技术:
木塑墙板是一种新型环保型木塑复合材料产品,在生产中、高密度纤维板过程中所产生的木酚,加入再生塑料经过造粒设备做成木塑复合材料,然后进行挤出生产组做成木塑墙板。
木塑户外墙板主要材料为PE和木粉或者竹粉,经过加入助剂,高速混合后,进行造粒,再使用挤出机将粒料挤出成型材,此类墙板可用于园林景观,别墅等户外平台。
而木塑墙板往往没有防火的性能,而且现在的许多的墙板的毒性都非常的大,对人体有着严重的危害。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于克服现有的技术缺陷提供一种方法合理、配比清晰,产品无甲醛并且能够防火的一种防火、无甲醛的木塑墙板及其制备方法。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种防火、无甲醛的木塑墙板,其特征在于:产品由以下成分组成,

步骤一、将上述的材料按照植物粉、乙基苯酸钾、聚苯胺、甲基丙酸酯粘合剂、碳酸钙粉、PVC粉、PVC粘合剂的顺序依次添加进搅拌机中搅拌,每隔6分钟添加一种材料,搅拌机全程搅拌不停止工作,在全部添加完材料后继续搅拌15分钟;
步骤二、将上述搅拌好的材料放入密封的、温度在10-13℃的储存罐中储存18个小时;
步骤三、将储存过的材料取出,并且放在塑形设备中挤压成型,根据需要挤压成不同的形状;
步骤四、将成型好的材料设备放入抛光机中进行表面的抛光;
步骤五、将抛光好的材料再进行表面镀膜,根据需要镀不同花纹的膜,镀膜需要镀四层;
步骤六、将镀膜好的材料进行表面的涂漆,即可获得产品。
本发明的有益效果为:本产品可以根据不同的需要镀不同的膜,并且生产不同的形状,而且材料的成分、制备方法都非常的通俗易懂。本发明方法合理、配比清晰,产品无甲醛并且能够防火的一种防火、无甲醛。
