Abstract
Description
Claims (27)
- 患者に関する処置計画生成ワークフローを追跡する方法であって、
前記処置計画生成ワークフローにおける作業の状態を示す入力を得るステップと、
プロセッサによって、前記処置計画生成ワークフローの作業の組を示す信号を発生するステップであって、前記信号は、前記得られた入力に対応する前記作業の状態を示すことを含む、ステップと、
を含む方法。 - 患者が処置に同意したことの標示に応答して、前記作業の組を発生するステップを更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 病院情報システム又は放射線医学情報システムの少なくとも一方から、前記処置計画生成ワークフローに関する情報を得るステップを更に含む、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記入力は、画像リポジトリ、処置計画システム、又は記録及び検証システムの少なくとも1又は複数から得られる、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記画像リポジトリ、前記処置計画システム及び前記記録及び検証システムは、同じネットワークプロトコルを使用する同じネットワークを通じて、データを伝送する、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記作業の組のうち実施されるべき次の作業、又は前記作業の状態に対する更新の少なくとも一方を示す通知を発生するステップを更に含む、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記通知を、前記通知を表示する遠隔装置に送信するステップを更に含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記遠隔装置は、セル電話、スマートフォン、ページャ、電話、セットトップボックス又は電子メールアカウントの1又は複数を含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記信号を人間可読の形式で提示するステップを更に含む、請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記信号をウェブベースのアプリケーションを通じて提示するステップを更に含む、請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記処置計画生成ワークフローに基づいて、患者に供給された線量を示すデータを発生するステップと、
患者に供給された前記線量を示すデータを提示するステップと、
を更に含む、請求項1乃至10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記処置計画生成ワークフローをレトロスペクティブに解析するステップを更に含む、請求項1乃至11のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 処置が、放射線治療、化学療法、粒子治療、高密度焦点式超音波、アブレーション、外科手術又はこれらの組み合わせのうちの1つである、請求項1乃至12のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記処置計画生成ワークフローに基づいて処置計画を生成すること、又は前記得られた入力に基づいて前記処置計画生成ワークフローを更新すること、の少なくとも一方を行うことを含む、請求項1乃至13のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 患者に関する次の診断を判定すること、又は別の患者に関する診断を判定すること、の少なくとも一方のために、処置計画の情報を使用するステップを更に含む、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 患者に関する処置計画生成ワークフローに基づいて、患者に関する処置計画を生成するプロセッサであって、前記処置計画生成ワークフローが、前記処置計画を生成するために完了されるべき1又は複数の作業を含む、プロセッサと、
前記処置計画、又は前記1又は複数の作業、の少なくとも一方の状態を示す信号を示す装置と、
を有するシステム。 - 前記作業の組のうち実施されるべき次の作業を示す通知を送信する通知コンポーネントを更に有する、請求項16に記載のシステム。
- 前記通知コンポーネントは、前記通知を、前記通知を表示する遠隔装置に送信する、請求項17に記載のシステム。
- 前記プロセッサは、画像リポジトリ、処置計画システム、又は記録及び検証システムの1又は複数から、前記処置計画生成ワークフローの作業の状態又は状態変化の少なくとも一方を示す入力を受け取る、請求項16又は17に記載のシステム。
- 前記プロセッサ、前記画像リポジトリ、前記処置計画システム、又は前記記録及び検証システムの2又はそれ以上が、同じネットワークを通じて通信する、請求項19に記載のシステム。
- 前記処置計画システムが、前記処置計画生成ワークフローに基づいて生成される処置計画の少なくとも一部を実現する、請求項19又は20に記載のシステム。
- 前記同じネットワークを通じて通信する前記プロセッサ、前記画像リポジトリ、前記処置計画システム又は前記記録及び検証システムの少なくとも1つが、検査室部門、入院部門、料金請求部門、保険部門、病理学部門、放射線医学部門、外科手術部門又は腫瘍学部門の1又は複数と、情報を通信する、請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記装置が、グラフィカルユーザインタフェースを通じて人間可読の形式で前記信号を提示する、請求項16乃至22のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記プロセッサが、前記受け取られた入力に基づいて、前記処置計画又は前記処置計画生成ワークフローの少なくとも一方を更新する、請求項16乃至23のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記処置計画生成ワークフローの作業に基づいて、患者に供給された線量を示すデータを発生する線量追跡器を更に有する、請求項16乃至24のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記線量の情報は、患者の次の診断のために使用される、請求項25に記載のシステム。
- コンピュータによって実行される場合、処置計画の生成を追跡するステップを前記コンピュータのプロセッサに実施させる命令によって符号化されるコンピュータ可読記憶媒体であって、前記処置計画を生成するために使用される処置計画生成ワークフローの作業の状態を動的に提示し、更新することを含む、コンピュータ可読記憶媒体。
