Claims (12)
- プロセッサ及びメモリを有するコンピュータにおいて、患者に関する処置計画生成ワークフローを追跡する方法であって、
前記プロセッサが、患者が処置に同意したことの標示に応じて、患者の処置計画を生成するために完了されるべき作業の組を含む処置計画生成ワークフローを発生するステップであって、前記処置計画が、患者に供給される線量計画を含む、ステップと、
前記プロセッサが、前記処置計画生成ワークフローにおける前記作業の組のうち少なくとも1つの作業の状態を示す情報を入力するステップと、
前記プロセッサが、前記処置計画を生成するために、前記入力される作業の状態の情報に応じて、前記作業の組のうち、前記処置計画生成ワークフローの進行において次に実施されるべき作業を通知する信号を発生する発生ステップであって、前記信号を、ウェブベースのインタフェースアプリケーションを通じて遠隔装置に提示することを含む、発生ステップと、
前記プロセッサが、前記通知された作業が実施された後、前記通知された作業の状態の変更を表す情報を入力する入力ステップと、
を含み、前記完了されるべき作業の組の中のすべての作業が実施されるまで、前記発生ステップ及び前記入力ステップが繰り返される、方法。 - 前記プロセッサが、病院情報システム又は放射線医学情報システムの少なくとも一方から、前記処置計画生成ワークフローに関する情報を得るステップを更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記遠隔装置は、セル電話、スマートフォン、ページャ、電話、セットトップボックス又は電子メールアカウントの1又は複数を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記プロセッサが、前記信号を人間可読の形式で提示するステップを更に含む、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記プロセッサが、
患者に供給された線量を示すデータを受け取るステップと、
患者に供給された前記線量を示すデータを提示するステップと、
を更に含む、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 処置が、放射線治療、化学療法、粒子治療、高密度焦点式超音波、アブレーション、外科手術又はこれらの組み合わせのうちの1つである、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記プロセッサが、前記作業の状態の変更を表す情報の前記入力に基づいて前記処置計画生成ワークフローを更新することを含む、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 患者の処置計画を生成するために完了されるべき作業の組を含む患者に関する処置計画生成ワークフローを生成するプロセッサであって、前記処置計画が、患者に供給される線量計画を含む、プロセッサと、
前記処置計画生成ワークフローにおける前記作業の組のうち少なくとも1つの作業の状態を示す情報を入力する入力手段と、
前記処置計画を生成するために、前記入力された作業の状態を示す情報に応じて、前記作業の組のうち、前記処置計画生成ワークフローの進行において次に実施されるべき作業を示す通知を、ウェブベースのインタフェースアプリケーションを通じて前記通知を表示する遠隔装置に送信する通知コンポーネントと、
を有し、
前記送信された通知によって示された前記作業が実施された後、前記入力手段は、当該作業の状態の変更を示す情報を入力し、
前記完了されるべき作業の組の中のすべての作業が実施されるまで、前記通知コンポーネントによる前記通知の前記送信及び前記入力手段による前記作業の状態の変更を示す前記情報の前記入力が、繰り返される、
するシステム。 - 前記遠隔装置が、グラフィカルユーザインタフェースを通じて人間可読の形式で前記信号を提示する、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記プロセッサが、前記作業の状態の変更を示す前記情報の前記入力に基づいて、前記処置計画生成ワークフローを更新する、請求項8又は9に記載のシステム。
- 患者に供給された線量を示すデータを発生する線量追跡器を更に有する、請求項8乃至10のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の方法をコンピュータに実施させるコンピュータプログラムを記憶したコンピュータ可読記憶媒体。
