Abstract
Description
本願は、2010年1月29日に出願された米国特許出願第61/299,605号に基づく35U.S.C§119(e)による優先権を主張している。該米国特許出願は、これに言及することにより、その全体が本明細書に参考として組み入れられている。

Claims (15)
- 近位部分、遠位部分、少なくとも部分的に貫通して延びている管腔、及び前記遠位部分に設けられているステント収容部分と、を備えている細長いシャフトと、
前記細長いシャフトの前記ステント収容部分に配置され、拘束形態と拡張形態とを有するステントと、
前記ステントの近位部分に解除可能な形態で結合されており、第一の位置と第二の位置とを有している近位の拘束部材と、
前記ステントの遠位部分に解除可能な形態で結合されており、第一の位置と第二の位置とを有している遠位の拘束部材と、を備えており、
前記近位の拘束部材と前記遠位の拘束部材とは、前記拘束形態において、前記近位及び遠位の拘束部材が各々前記第一の位置にある状態で、互いに協働して前記ステントの少なくとも一部分に長手方向の引っ張り力をかけるようになされている、ことを特徴とするステント給送装置。 - 前記近位及び遠位の拘束部材に操作可能な形態で結合されたハンドルを更に備えており、該ハンドルは、前記近位及び遠位の拘束部材を前記第一の位置と前記第二の位置との間で動かして前記ステントを前記拘束形態と前記拡張形態との間で動かすことができるようになされている、請求項1に記載のステント給送装置。
- 前記近位の拘束部材が近位の保持ワイヤを備え、前記遠位の拘束部材が遠位の保持ワイヤを備え、前記ステントを前記近位及び遠位の拘束部材に解除可能な形態で係止するようになされている、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜2のうちのいずれか一項に記載のステント給送装置。
- 前記近位及び遠位の拘束部材が、各々、前記ステントに解除可能な形態で結合されたループと1本の保持ワイヤとを備えている、ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のステント給送装置。
- 前記近位の保持ワイヤと前記遠位の保持ワイヤとが、前記ステントを前記近位の拘束部材と前記遠位の拘束部材とから完全に解放するために、前記ステントとの結合状態から取り外し可能である、ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のステント給送装置。
- 前記ステントが、前記拘束形態と前記拡張形態との間を繰り返し移動可能である、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のうちのいずれか一項に記載のステント給送装置。
- 前記遠位の保持部材が前記ステント収容部分の遠位側で前記細長いシャフトに結合されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のうちのいずれか一項に記載のステント給送装置。
- 前記近位の拘束部材が、前記細長いシャフトの一部分の外周に移動可能な形態で配置可能な外側シャフトに結合されており、前記近位の拘束部材が、前記細長いシャフト上の前記ステント収容部分の近位側で前記外側シャフトに結合されている、ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載のステント給送装置。
- 前記外側シャフトと前記細長いシャフトとが、前記近位の拘束部材及び前記遠位の拘束部材を相対的に正反対の方向に等しく動かすように、相対的に正反対の方向に等しく移動可能であり、それによって前記ステントを拡張させたり拘束したりするようになされている、ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載のステント給送装置。
- 前記細長いシャフトを前記ステントにかけられる長手方向の力に対抗するように支持するように前記管腔内に取り外し可能な形態で配置可能な補強部材を更に備えている、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜9のうちのいずれか一項に記載のステント給送装置。
- 前記ステント及び前記細長いシャフトの一部分を覆うように取り外し可能な形態で配置可能なシースを更に備えている、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜10のうちのいずれか一項に記載のステント給送装置。
- 近位部分、遠位部分、及び内部を少なくとも部分的に貫通して延びている管腔を備えている内側の細長いシャフトと、
近位部分、遠位部分、及び内部を少なくとも部分的に貫通して延びている管腔を備えている外側の細長いシャフトであって、前記内側の細長いシャフトが、該外側の細長いシャフトの前記管腔内を少なくとも部分的に同軸状に延びており、前記内側の細長いシャフトと前記外側の細長いシャフトとが相対的に移動可能な形態で配置可能とされている、外側の細長いシャフトと、
第一の端部及び第二の端部を備え、拘束形態と拡張形態とを有する拡張可能な部材であって、前記第一の端部が前記内側及び外側の細長いシャフトのうちの一方に操作可能な形態で結合されており、前記第二の端部が前記内側及び外側の細長いシャフトのうちの他方に操作可能な形態で結合されている、拡張可能な部材と、を備えており、
前記内側及び外側の細長いシャフトが第一の方向に相対的に動くことによって、前記拡張可能な部材の少なくとも一部分に正反対の長手方向の力がかかり、前記内側及び外側の細長いシャフトが第二の方向に相対的に動くことによって、前記拡張可能な部材の少なくとも一部分にかかっている前記長手方向の力が解放されるようになされている、ことを特徴とする装置。 - 前記拡張可能な部材がステントからなる、ことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の装置。
- 前記ステントの近位部分に解放可能な形態で結合されている近位の拘束部材と、
前記ステントに前記近位の拘束部材よりも遠位側の位置で解放可能な形態で結合されている遠位の拘束部材と、を更に備えており、
前記近位の拘束部材と前記遠位の拘束部材とが、第一の拘束部材内の前記ステントに正反対の長手方向の力をかけて前記ステントの少なくとも一部分を拘束された形態に保持するようになされている、ことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の装置。 - 前記拡張可能な部材の外周に配置可能なステントを更に備えている、ことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の装置。
