Claims (11)
- 埋め込み材を収容する圧力シリンダと、該圧力シリンダの口金から冶金炉の出湯口に押し出される該埋め込み材を押し出す圧縮ラムと、を備えた冶金炉用クレイガン装置の砲身であって、
上記圧力シリンダ(11)は、シリンダライナ(21)を有し、
該シリンダライナ(21)は、該シリンダライナ(21)に挿入され、溶接されたプレート部(31)からなる少なくとも1つの挿入スリーブ(25,26)からなる摩耗スリーブ組立体(18)を有していることを特徴とする冶金炉用クレイガン装置の砲身。 - 請求項1に記載のクレイガン装置の砲身において、
上記挿入スリーブ(25,26)は、縦方向の溶接シームを有する管に形成されるプレート部(31)によって形成されていることを特徴とするクレイガン装置の砲身。 - 請求項1又は2に記載のクレイガン装置の砲身において、
上記プレート部(31)は、熱処理によって硬化した低炭素鋼によって形成されていることを特徴とするクレイガン装置の砲身。 - 請求項3に記載のクレイガン装置の砲身において、
上記プレート部(31)の鋼の炭素含有量は0.5wt.%以下であり、該鋼のクロム含有量は1.5wt.%以下であることを特徴とするクレイガン装置の砲身。 - 請求項4に記載のクレイガン装置の砲身において、
上記プレート部(31)の鋼の炭素含有量は0.25wt.%以下であり、該鋼のクロム含有量は0.75wt.%以下であることを特徴とするクレイガン装置の砲身。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のクレイガン装置の砲身において、
上記挿入スリーブ(25,26)の壁の厚さは、上記シリンダライナ(21)の壁の厚さの少なくとも10%であることを特徴とするクレイガン装置の砲身。 - 請求項6に記載のクレイガン装置の砲身において、
上記挿入スリーブ(25,26)の壁の厚さは、上記シリンダライナ(21)の壁の厚さの20%〜40%であることを特徴とするクレイガン装置の砲身。 - 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のクレイガン装置の砲身において、
上記摩耗スリーブ組立体(18)は、一対の挿入スリーブ(25,26)からなることを特徴とするクレイガン装置の砲身。 - 請求項8に記載のクレイガン装置の砲身において、
上記挿入スリーブ(25,26)は、該挿入スリーブ(25,26)が互いに向かい合う正面(41,42)を有し、該正面(41,42)の内端上のベベル(43,44)によって形成された溝状断面(38)を有する接続継手(39)を形成するように、上記摩耗スリーブ組立体(18)を形成するために、上記シリンダライナ(21)に挿入されていることを特徴とするクレイガン装置の砲身。 - 請求項8又は9に記載のクレイガン装置の砲身において、
上記挿入スリーブ(25,26)は、同一内径(dH)の互いに異なる外径(DH1,DH2)を有し、連続的で軸方向に延びる摩耗スリーブ組立体(18)を形成するために、上記シリンダライナ(21)の段状の収容穴(20)に挿入されていることを特徴とするクレイガン装置の砲身。 - 請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載のクレイガン装置の砲身において、
上記挿入スリーブ(25,26)と上記シリンダライナ(21)の上記収容穴(20)との間にすきまばめが形成されていることを特徴とするクレイガン装置の砲身。
