Description

Claims (24)
- 少なくとも2つの層を有する複合材料、特にガラス又はガラスセラミック複合材料の生産方法であって、
5×10−6K−1以下の熱膨張係数αを有する基板を準備する工程、
パターン化されたゾル−ゲル層を前記基板上へ付与する工程であって、粒子を該ゾル−ゲル層に使用される材料へ添加する工程、
前記パターン化されたゾル−ゲル層を熱的に硬化させる工程、及び
堆積プロセスを使用して、少なくとも1つの更なる層を付与する工程
を含むことを特徴とする生産方法。 - 前記の更なる層をPVDプロセス又はCVDプロセスにより堆積させる請求項1に記載の複合材料の生産方法。
- 前記の更に堆積させる層が、着色層又は金属の外観を有する層である請求項1又は2に記載の複合材料の生産方法。
- 前記の更に堆積させる層が、少なくとも1つの半導体材料を含む層である請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の複合材料の生産方法。
- パターン化される層を、パターン化前に、特に熱的に又は光化学プロセスを使用して予め硬化させる請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の複合材料の生産方法。
- ナノ粒子、特に平均粒径0.1μm〜1μmを有するナノ粒子を、前記パターン化された層に使用される前記材料に添加する請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の複合材料の生産方法。
- 前記パターン化された層を、50℃〜1000℃、好ましくは100℃〜500℃で熱的に硬化させる請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の複合材料の生産方法。
- 前記パターン化された層を、エンボシングツール、特にエンボシングスタンプ又はローラを使用して生産する請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の複合材料の生産方法。
- 前記パターン化された層の前駆物質に対する粒子の体積分率が、0.1〜0.9、好ましくは0.5〜0.8の範囲内である請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の複合材料の生産方法。
- 自己集合性ゾル−ゲルを使用する請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の複合材料の生産方法。
- 少なくとも2つの層を有する複合材料の生産方法、特に請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の方法であって、
パターン化されたゾル−ゲル層を基板上へ付与する工程、及び
堆積プロセスを使用して、少なくとも1つの更なる層を付与する工程
を含む生産方法。 - 特に5×10−6K−1以下の熱膨張係数αを有し、その上に少なくとも部分的に無機の層が堆積される基板、特にガラス又はガラスセラミック基板を含む、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の方法により特に生産可能であるか、又は生産された複合材料であって、前記の少なくとも部分的に無機の層がパターン化されて、更なる層が前記無機の層上に堆積され、該更なる層がPVDプロセス又はCVDプロセスにより堆積されたことを特徴とする複合材料。
- 前記の少なくとも部分的に無機の層が多孔質である請求項12に記載の複合材料。
- 前記の少なくとも部分的に無機の層の強度及び/又はPVDプロセス若しくはCVDプロセスにより堆積された前記層の強度が少なくとも等しく、好ましくは前記基板の強度よりも大きい請求項12又は13に記載の複合材料。
- 前記の少なくとも部分的に無機の層の屈折率が、1.2〜1.8、好ましくは1.4〜1.65の範囲内であり、かつ/又はPVDプロセス若しくはCVDプロセスにより堆積される前記層の屈折率が、1.2〜2.2、好ましくは1.8〜2.1の範囲内である請求項12〜14のいずれか一項に記載の複合材料。
- 前記の少なくとも部分的に無機の層が、高温安定性Si−メチル基及び/又はSi−フェニル基を含む請求項12〜15のいずれか一項に記載の複合材料。
- 400nm〜750nmの波長範囲で、前記複合材料が、最小値が最大値と0.6%未満だけ異なる透過曲線を示す請求項12〜16のいずれか一項に記載の複合材料。
- 前記基板が、前記複合材料が実質的に無色の透過率を有するように、前記の更なる層の着色透過率により補正される着色透過率を示す請求項12〜17のいずれか一項に記載の複合材料。
- 前記複合材料が、白色光をそれを通して透過させる場合に、該透過する光がL*a*b*色空間におけるa*軸及び/又はb*軸上で20未満、好ましくは10未満の絶対値を有するように設計された請求項12〜18のいずれか一項に記載の複合材料。
- 前記の少なくとも部分的に無機のパターン化された層のパターンの深さが、0.05μm〜2mm、好ましくは100nm〜1mmの範囲内である請求項12〜19のいずれか一項に記載の複合材料。
- 前記の少なくとも部分的に無機の層が、0.01mm〜1mmの厚さを有する請求項12〜20のいずれか一項に記載の複合材料。
- 前記の更なる層が、10nm〜100μm、好ましくは50nm〜50μm、より好ましくは80nm〜30μmの厚さを有する請求項12〜21のいずれか一項に記載の複合材料。
- 前記の更なる層が、半導体材料を含み、かつ1×103Ωmm2/mより大きい室温での抵抗率、好ましくは1×106Ωmm2/mを示す請求項12〜22のいずれか一項に記載の複合材料。
- 請求項12〜23のいずれか一項に記載の複合材料を含むキッチン用品。
