Claims (15)
- 電気的な導体(4)を電気サブアセンブリ(5)に接続するための特にフロント端子のようなばね端子(1)であって、接続部品(3)と筐体部品(2)とを備え、前記接続部品(3)に接続される前記導体(4)が前記筐体部品(2)内に挿入可能であり、作動部材(8)、特にドライバ用の挿入口(7)を有する、ばね端子(1)において、
前記接続部品(3)がクランプ用ジョー(31、32、33、34)を備え、前記クランプ用ジョー(31、32、33、34)が、前記作動部材(8)によって、前記導体(4)が前記クランプ用ジョー(31、32、33、34)にクランプされていないシフト状態(V)から前記導体(4)が前記クランプ用ジョー(31、32、33、34)にクランプされているクランプ状態(K)に調整可能であり、これにより前記クランプ用ジョー(31、32、33、34)が通電することを特徴とする、ばね端子(1)。 - 前記クランプ用ジョー(31、32、33、34)がばねとして形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のばね端子(1)。
- 前記作動部材(8)が協動する調整手段(25、35、36)をさらに備えることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のばね端子(1)。
- 調整手段(25、35、36)が前記筐体部品(2)または前記接続部品(3)、特に前記クランプ用ジョー(31、32、33、34)に設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のばね端子(1)。
- 調整手段(25、35、36)がくさびとして形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のばね端子(1)。
- 前記ばね端子(1)を複数個連続して配列可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のばね端子(1)。
- 前記接続部品(3)が前記導体(4)を間にクランプすることができる2つの前記クランプ用ジョー(31、32、33、34)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のばね端子(1)。
- 前記挿入口(7)が前記筐体部品(2)に設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のばね端子(1)。
- 前記作動部材(8)が前記導体(4)の挿入方向(51)に対して角度(85)を有して、特に直角または平行に設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のばね端子(1)。
- 前記接続部品(3)が箱状に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のばね端子(1)。
- 前記導体(4)を前記接続部品(3)によってクランプすることにより、前記筐体部品(2)を前記接続部品(3)に取り付け可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のばね端子(1)。
- 前記シフト状態(V)にあるとき、前記筐体部品(2)が前記接続部品(3)上に配置されていないことを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のばね端子(1)。
- 前記筐体部品(2)を案内するための案内ピン(91、92)を備える絶縁母線(9)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載のばね端子(1)。
- 前記筐体部品(2)に停止手段(28)が配設されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のばね端子(1)。
- 前記挿入口(7)がロッカアーム(27)に設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のばね端子(1)。
