Abstract
Description
(a)ジルコニウム、セリウムおよび他の希土類の化合物を含む液体混合物を形成するステップ、
(b)前記混合物を、連続法でリアクターにおいて塩基性化合物と反応させるステップであり、リアクター内の滞留時間が多くても100ミリ秒であり、リアクターから離れた際に沈殿が得られるステップ、
(c)前記沈殿を水性媒体中で加熱するステップであり、媒体は少なくとも5のpHに維持されるステップ、
(d)先のステップにおいて得られた沈殿に、陰イオン性界面活性剤、非イオン性界面活性剤、ポリエチレングリコール、カルボン酸およびこれらの塩ならびにカルボキシメチル化脂肪酸エトキシレート型の界面活性剤の中から選択される添加物を加えるステップ、
(e)得られた沈殿を焼成するステップ、
を含むことを特徴とする。
R1−O−(CR2R3−CR4R5−O)n−CH2−COOH
式中、R1は、概して多くとも22個の炭素原子長、好ましくは少なくとも12個の炭素原子長の、飽和または不飽和の炭素鎖を指し、R2、R3、R4およびR5は同じであってもよく、水素を表してもよく、またはR2がCH3基を表し、R3、R4およびR5が水素を表してもよく、nは50までのゼロ以外の全ての数、より詳細には5から15の間(5および15を含む)である。界面活性剤は、R1がそれぞれ飽和および不飽和であり得る上記の式を有する製品または−CH2−CH2−O−基および−C(CH3)−CH2−O−基の両方を含む製品の混合物から構成されていてよいことに留意すべきである。
この実施例は、50%のジルコニウム、40%のセリウム、5%のランタンおよび5%のイットリウムを含む組成物に関し、これらの割合は、酸化物ZrO2、CeO2、La2O3およびY2O3の質量パーセントで表す。
この実施例は、実施例1と同じ組成物に関する。
この実施例は、実施例1と同じ組成物に関し、同じ条件下で調製されたが、最初のアンモニア溶液が、沈殿させる陽イオンに対して5%過剰な化学量論のアンモニアを有するように調製されることのみが異なっていた。
この実施例は、72%のジルコニウム、21%のセリウム、2%のランタンおよび5%のネオジムを含む組成物に関し、これらの割合は、酸化物ZrO2、CeO2、La2O3およびNd2O3の質量パーセントで表す。
この実施例は、実施例4と同じ組成物に関する。
PIDS(偏光強度微分散乱)を用いたFraunhofer Optical Model
試料:質量0.5gの生成物を、超音波処理タンク(AEROSEC Delta 011C7)中で、80mlの容量の1g/lのヘキサメチルホスフェート(HMP)溶液に懸濁した。
Claims (16)
- ジルコニウム、セリウムおよび少なくとも1種のセリウム以外の希土類の酸化物を含有し、多くとも50質量%の酸化セリウム含有量を有する組成物であって、1000℃における6時間の焼成後に高くとも500℃の最大被還元温度および少なくとも45m2/gの比表面積を有することを特徴とする組成物。
- 1000℃における6時間の焼成後に、高くとも480℃の最大被還元温度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 1000℃における6時間の焼成後に、高くとも450℃の最大被還元温度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 1000℃における6時間の焼成後に、少なくとも50m2/g、より詳細には少なくとも55m2/gの比表面積を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 10%から50%の間の酸化セリウム含有量を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 30%、より詳細には多くも20%の他の希土類の酸化物の含有量を有することを特徴とすることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 希土類が、イットリウム、ランタン、ネオジム、プラセオジムおよびガドリニウムを含む群から選択される、請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 900℃における6時間の焼成後、少なくとも60m2/g、より詳細には少なくとも70m2/gの比表面積を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 超音波処理により解凝集され得、この処理後に、組成物を構成する粒子が、少なくとも30%、より詳細には少なくとも50%の中央径(d50)の変化を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 1100℃における4時間の焼成後、高くとも500℃の最大被還元温度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 請求項1から10の一項に記載の組成物の調製方法であって、以下のステップ:
(a)ジルコニウム、セリウムおよび他の希土類の化合物を含む液体混合物を形成するステップ、
(b)前記混合物を、連続法でリアクターにおいて塩基性化合物と反応させるステップであり、リアクター内の滞留時間が多くても100ミリ秒であり、リアクターから離れた際に沈殿が得られるステップ、
(c)前記沈殿を水性媒体中で加熱するステップであり、媒体は少なくとも5のpHに維持されるステップ、
(d)先のステップにおいて得られた沈殿に、陰イオン性界面活性剤、非イオン性界面活性剤、ポリエチレングリコール、カルボン酸およびこれらの塩ならびにカルボキシメチル化脂肪酸エトキシレート型の界面活性剤の中から選択される添加物を加えるステップ、
(e)得られた沈殿を焼成するステップ、
を含むことを特徴とする、方法。 - ジルコニウム、セリウムおよび他の希土類の化合物として、硝酸塩、硫酸塩、酢酸塩、塩化物、硝酸セリウムアンモニウムの中から選択される化合物が使用されることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 沈殿が、ステップ(c)において、少なくとも100℃の温度において加熱されることを特徴とする、請求項11または12に記載の方法。
- リアクター内の滞留時間が、多くとも20ミリ秒であること特徴とする、請求項11から13のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 請求項1から10の一項に記載の組成物を含むことを特徴とする触媒系。
- 触媒として、請求項15に記載の触媒系または請求項1から10の一項に記載の組成物を使用することを特徴とする、内燃機関の排気ガス処理方法。
