Claims (8)
- コアスリーブ(3)を備え、該コアスリーブ(3)の内部に弁ニードル(4)が縦方向摺動可能に配置され、前記コアスリーブ(3)が周壁に少なくとも1つの半径方向開口(11)を備える電磁弁において、
前記コアスリーブ(3)が、第1部分スリーブ(13)と、該第1部分スリーブ(13)に軸線方向に接続された第2部分スリーブ(14)とを備え、前記半径方向開口(11)が、接続領域(17)で、少なくともいずれか一方の部分スリーブ(14)に端面の軸線方向切欠き(21)として構成されていることを特徴とする、電磁弁。 - 前記半径方向開口(11)が、軸線方向に配向された長孔(23)として構成されている、請求項1に記載の電磁弁。
- 前記第1及び第2部分スリーブ(13,14)が、前記接続領域(17)で塑性変形によって互いにかしめられている、請求項1または2に記載の電磁弁。
- 前記第1部分スリーブ(13)が、前記接続領域(17)に、前記第2部分スリーブ(14)が部分的に挿入される軸線方向収容部(18)を端面に備える、請求項1から3までのいずれか一項に記載の電磁弁。
- 前記第2部分スリーブ(14)が、前記接続領域(17)に、少なくとも1つの半径方向突出部、特に前記第2部分スリーブ(14)の周囲にわたって延在する半径方向ウェブ(20)を備える、請求項1から4までのいずれか一項に記載の電磁弁。
- 前記半径方向突出部(19)の軸線方向長さが、前記軸線方向収容部(18)の軸線方向長さよりも短い、請求項1から5までのいずれか一項に記載の弁装置。
- コアスリーブ(3)を備え、該コアスリーブ(3)の内部に弁ニードル(4)が縦方向摺動可能に配置され、前記コアスリーブ(3)が周壁に少なくとも1つの半径方向開口(11)を備える電磁弁を製造するための方法において、
第1部分スリーブ(13)と、該第1部分スリーブ(13)に軸線方向に接続される第2部分スリーブ(14)とから前記コアスリーブ(3)を形成し、接続領域(17)で、少なくともいずれか一方の部分スリーブ(14)に端面の軸線方向切欠き(21)として前記半径方向開口(11)を形成することを特徴とする、電磁弁を製造するための方法。 - 前記軸線方向切欠き(21)を、一次成形プロセスにより形成する、請求項7に記載の方法。
