Claims (11)
- 軸線方向に変位可能に支持されるアーマチュア(3)を備えた、自動車の車輪ブレーキのブレーキ圧を制御するためのソレノイド弁(1)であって、
前記アーマチュア(3)の一端側に極鉄心(2)が配置され、前記アーマチュア(3)の他端に弁密封要素が配置され、
前記アーマチュア(3)が、軸線方向貫通部(4)を有すると共に、半径方向内側へ突出する突出部(7)を下端部に有し、
閉鎖要素が選択可能な位置で力によりおよび/または形状拘束により、前記突出部(7)に対応する前記軸線方向貫通部(4)内で保持され、
前記軸線方向貫通部(4)内に、組付け状態で、上端面が前記極鉄心(2)と当接するプランジャー(8)が軸線方向に変位可能に支持され、
前記軸線方向貫通部(4)内に圧縮ばね(11)が位置決めされ、
該圧縮ばね(11)が前記プランジャー(8)と前記閉鎖要素との間で予め緊張せしめられて保持される、
前記ソレノイド弁(1)において、
前記閉鎖要素が前記圧縮ばね(11)に対し、予め定められた予緊張力を与える位置で保持され、
前記閉鎖要素が3次元的に凸の物体(9)として形成され、
前記3次元的に凸の物体(9)は、外形が曲面のみによって形成されている、
ことを特徴とするソレノイド弁(1)。 - 前記3次元的に凸の物体(9)が丸い形状を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のソレノイド弁(1)。
- 前記3次元的に凸の物体(9)が前記軸線方向貫通部(4)内に圧入されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のソレノイド弁(1)。
- 前記3次元的に凸の物体(9)が全周で前記軸線方向貫通部(4)に当接していることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のソレノイド弁(1)。
- 前記3次元的に凸の物体(9)が楕円形の縦断面を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか一つに記載のソレノイド弁(1)。
- 前記3次元的に凸の物体(9)が卵形体として形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか一つに記載のソレノイド弁(1)。
- 前記3次元的に凸の物体(9)が球体として形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか一つに記載のソレノイド弁(1)。
- 前記アーマチュア(3)がその外側面に少なくとも1つの縦溝(13)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか一つに記載のソレノイド弁(1)。
- 前記プランジャー(8)を固定するため、および/または、案内するため、前記アーマチュア(3)の前記軸線方向貫通部(4)内にスリーブ(5)が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか一つに記載のソレノイド弁(1)。
- 前記3次元的に凸の物体(9)が前記閉鎖要素と前記弁密封要素とを形成していることを特徴とする、請求項1から9までのいずれか一つに記載のソレノイド弁(1)。
- 自動車の車輪ブレーキのブレーキ圧を制御するためのソレノイド弁(1)用アーマチュア(3)であって、
前記アーマチュア(3)が軸線方向に変位可能に前記ソレノイド弁(1)内に支持可能であり、
前記アーマチュア(3)の一端側に極鉄心(2)が配置され、前記アーマチュア(3)の他端に弁密封要素が配置され、
前記アーマチュア(3)が、軸線方向貫通部(4)を有すると共に、半径方向内側へ突出する突出部(7)を下端部に有し、
閉鎖要素が選択可能な位置で力によりおよび/または形状拘束により、前記突出部(7)に対応する前記軸線方向貫通部(4)内で保持され、
前記軸線方向貫通部(4)内に、組付け状態で、上端面が前記極鉄心(2)と当接するプランジャー(8)が軸線方向に変位可能に支持され、
前記軸線方向貫通部(4)内に圧縮ばね(11)が位置決めされ、
該圧縮ばね(11)が前記プランジャー(8)と前記閉鎖要素との間で予め緊張せしめられて保持される前記アーマチュア(3)において、
前記閉鎖要素が前記圧縮ばね(11)に対し、予め定められた予緊張力を与える位置で保持され、
前記閉鎖要素が3次元的に凸の物体(9)として形成され、
前記3次元的に凸の物体(9)は、形状が曲面のみによって形成されていることを特徴とするアーマチュア(3)。
