Claims (9)
- 電磁弁であって、弁構造群(20)と、該弁構造群(20)に接合された磁石構造群(10)とを有しており、前記弁構造群(20)が、第1の弁スリーブ(22)と、該第1の弁スリーブ(22)内で長手方向可動に案内された、シール構造部(26.1)を備えた磁石可動子(24)と、弁座(32)を備えた弁体(30)とを有しており、前記磁石構造群(10)が、ハウジング周壁(12)とカバー(18)とコイル巻線(16)とを有していて、該コイル巻線(16)は給電されると、前記磁石可動子(24)をリターンスプリング(27)の力に抗して移動させるための磁力を発生する形式のものにおいて、 前記第1の弁スリーブ(22)は、該第1の弁スリーブ(22)の開放端部(22.2)で以て前記弁体(30)の開放端部(34)内に侵入し、かつ前記弁体(30)内に固定されており、前記弁体(30)の端面(36)が、流体ブロック(3,3a,3b,3c)とのかしめ接続部(5,5a,5b,5c)を形成するためのかしめ面(36a,36b)として構成されていることを特徴とする、電磁弁。
- 電磁弁であって、弁構造群(20)と、該弁構造群(20)に接合された磁石構造群(10)とを有しており、前記弁構造群(20)が、第1の弁スリーブ(22)と、該第1の弁スリーブ(22)内で長手方向可動に案内された、シール構造部(26.1)を備えた磁石可動子(24)と、弁座(32)を備えた弁体(30)とを有しており、前記磁石構造群(10)が、ハウジング周壁(12)とカバー(18)とコイル巻線(16)とを有していて、該コイル巻線(16)は給電されると、前記磁石可動子(24)をリターンスプリング(27)の力に抗して移動させるための磁力を発生する形式のものにおいて、 前記第1の弁スリーブ(22)は、該第1の弁スリーブ(22)の開放端部(22.2)で以て前記弁体(30)の開放端部(34)内に侵入し、かつ前記弁体(30)内に固定されており、前記弁体(30)の端面(36)が、前記弁構造群(20)を固定するための手段として構成されており、
前記ハウジング周壁(12b)の開放端部における端面が、流体ブロック(3d)とのかしめ接続部(5d)を形成するためのかしめ面として構成されており、前記弁体(30)の端面(36)が、前記磁石構造群(10b)の前記ハウジング周壁(12b)のハウジング底部(18c)のための支持面(36c)として構成されていることを特徴とする、電磁弁。
- 前記端面(36a,36c)が、前記弁体(30)の開放端部領域(34,34a)における第1の端面側(37)に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の電磁弁。
- 前記弁体(30c)の前記端面(36b)が外方へ向かって延長されていて、固定フランジ(38)を形成していることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の電磁弁。
- 前記弁体(30)が、上方へ向かって開放する鉢状のスリーブ(30a,30b,30c,30d)として構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の電磁弁。
- 上方へ向かって開放する前記鉢状のスリーブ(30a,30b,30c,30d)が、均一な外径を有しているか、または下部において縮小された外径部を有していることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の電磁弁。
- 前記磁石可動子(24)が環状可動子として構成されていて、該環状可動子の内孔内にシール構造部(26.1)を有するプッシュロッド(26)が結合されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の電磁弁。
- 前記プッシュロッド(26)を案内するための弁インサート(28)が、前記第1の弁スリーブ(22)の内側面に結合されていることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の電磁弁。
- 前記リターンスプリング(27)がばね支持部(28.1,39)に支えられており、該ばね支持部(28.1,39)が前記弁インサート(28)に結合されているかまたは前記弁体(30)に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項8記載の電磁弁。
