Abstract
Description
(A)少なくとも1つの金属粉末(a)を成分として含有する配合物を、パターン化して、または均等に施し、
(B)他の金属を繊維表面上に付着させ、および
(C)炭素をカーボンブラックまたは炭素ナノチューブまたはグラフェンの形で含有する他の層を施すことによって特徴付けられる、金属化表面の形成方法に関する。
(A)少なくとも1つの金属粉末(a)を成分として含有する配合物を、均等に施すかまたは特にパターン化して施し、
(B)他の金属を繊維表面上に付着させ、および
(C)炭素をカーボンブラックまたは炭素ナノチューブまたはグラフェンの形で含有する他の層を施すことによって特徴付けられる。
ビニル芳香族化合物19.9〜80質量%、
共役ジエン19.9〜80質量%、
エチレン系不飽和カルボン酸またはジカルボン酸または適した誘導体、例えば相応する無水物0.1〜10質量%。
(a)少なくとも1つの金属粉末、この場合当該金属は、元素の電気化学的系列において特に水素より強い負の標準電位を有し、好ましくは、カルボニル鉄粉末であり、
(b)少なくとも1つの結合剤、
(c)アニオン性、カチオン性または有利に非イオン性であってよい、少なくとも1つの乳化剤、
(d)場合により少なくとも1つのレオロジー変性剤。
この場合係数は、それぞれ平均値(数平均)として解釈される。
10〜90質量%、有利に50〜85質量%、特に有利に60〜80質量%の範囲内で金属粉末(a)、
1〜20質量%、有利に2〜15質量%の範囲内で結合剤(b)、
0.1〜4質量%、有利に2質量%までの範囲内で乳化剤(c)、
0〜5質量%、有利に0.2〜1質量%の範囲内でレオロジー変性剤(d)を含有し、この場合質量%での記載は、それぞれ工程(A)で使用される全印刷用配合物に関連し、および結合剤(b)の場合には、それぞれの結合剤(b)の固体含量に関連する。
HO−(CH2)3−Si(CH3)[OSi(CH3)3][OSi(CH3)2OSi(CH3)3]で示される消泡剤である。また、シリコーン不含の消泡剤、例えば数回アルコキシル化されたアルコール、例えば脂肪アルコールアルコキシレート、有利に2〜50回エトキシル化された、特に非分枝鎖状のC10〜C20アルカノール、非分枝鎖状のC10〜C20アルカノールおよび2−エチルヘキサン−1−オールが適している。更に、適した消泡剤は、脂肪酸−C8〜C20アルキルエステル、有利にステアリン酸−C10〜C20アルキルエステルであり、この場合C8〜C20アルキル、有利にC10〜C20アルキルは、非分枝鎖状または分枝鎖状であってよい。
(D)腐蝕抑制層の施与または
(E)可撓性層の施与から選択された、少なくとも1つの他の工程が実施され、
この場合腐蝕抑制層は、剛性、例えば折り曲げ不可能であってよいか、または可撓性であってよい。
(d)特に増粘剤から選択された、少なくとも1つのレオロジー変性剤、および

金属粉末(a.1):顕微鏡的に薄手の酸化鉄層で不動態化された、カルボニル鉄粉末、d103μm、d504.5μm、d909μm
グラフェン:長さnm、直径nm。
アジピン酸、ヘキサン−1,6−ジオールおよびネオペンチルグリコール(モル割合1:0.8:0.2)を重縮合することによって製造された、ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネートおよびポリエステルジオールから構成されたポリウレタンの水性分散液、pH値7.9、固体含量40%、DIN 53240によるOH価55mg KOH/g、クールター・カウンターによって測定した、平均粒径(質量平均)100nmの2’−アミノエチル−2−アミノエタンスルホン酸のNa塩、Tg:−47℃、動的粘度(23℃)45mPa.s。
(e.1):増粘剤:白油中の油中水型エマルジョン中の、アンモニアで定量的に中和された(水中で25質量%)、アクリル酸(92質量%)、アクリルアミド(7.6質量%)、メチレンビスアクリルアミドからなるランダムな共重合体、約150000g/molの分子量Mw、固体含量27%。
(e.3)定着剤(エチレングリコールでエーテル化された、メラミン−ホルムアルデヒド縮合体)
(f.1):2,2’,2’’−ニトリロトリエタノール中に溶解された、2,2’,2’’−ニトリロトリス[エタノール]と4−[(2−エチルヘキシル)アミノ]−4−オキソイソクロトン酸との化合物(1:1)(含量(W/W):30%)

を含有する、水性グラフェン配合物100g。
1.2からの印刷用ペーストを用いてストリップパターンを有する、メッシュ80のスクリーンでポリエステル織物を印刷した。このパターンは、図1に略示されていることを見出すことができる。
IV.1 外部電圧源なしの銅の付着
II.からの印刷されかつ熱処理されたポリエステル織物を30分の時間に亘り、次のような組成を有する浴(室温)中で処理した:

Claims (17)
- 金属化表面の形成方法において、
(A)少なくとも1つの金属粉末(a)を成分として含有する配合物を、パターン化して、または均等に施し、
(B)他の金属を繊維表面上に付着させ、
(C)炭素をカーボンブラックまたは炭素ナノチューブまたはグラフェンの形で含有する他の層を施すことを特徴とする、金属化表面の形成方法。 - 工程(A)で使用される配合物は、次のもの:
(a)少なくとも1つの金属粉末、
(b)少なくとも1つの結合剤、
(c)少なくとも1つの乳化剤、
(d)場合により少なくとも1つのレオロジー変性剤を含有する、請求項1記載の方法。 - 工程(B)で、少なくとも1つの金属粉末(a)を含有する印刷用配合物を印刷する、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 工程(C)での炭素をグラフェンから選択する、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 1つ以上の熱処理工程(D)を工程(A)、(B)または(C)に続けて実施する、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 金属粉末(a)は、鉄ペンタカルボニルの熱分解によって取得された金属粉末である、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 工程(C)で外部電圧源なしに作業し、他の金属は、工程(C)で元素の電気化学的系列において金属粉末(a)をベースとする金属より強い正の標準電位を有する、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
