Bulus, iletken tel ya da iplik kullanimina gerek kalmaksizin tekstil materyallerine
elektriksel iletkenlik saglayan bir baski pati ile ilgilidir.
ÖNCEKI TEKNIK
Teknik tekstiller alaninda yer alan ve katma degeri oldukça yüksek olan akilli
tekstiller, normal tekstil ürünlerinden farkli olarak isik, isi, basinç, elektromanyetik
dalgalar, ses vb. bir etkiyi ya da etki degisikligini algilayan ve buna tepki verme
özelligi gösteren tekstil ürünleri olarak tanimlanabilmektedir. Günümüzde özellikle
elektronik fonksiyonlar sergileyen tekstil ürünleri (elektronik/iletken özellikli
tekstiller) giderek yayginlasmakta ve kullanicilar arasindaki talepleri artis
göstermektedir. Mevcutta yaygin bir kullanimi bulunan dogal ve sentetik elyaflar
elektrik iletkenligi gösterebilecek kapasitede degillerdir. Dolayisiyla söz konusu
akilli tekstil ürünlerinin gelistirilmesi, bazi iletken tellerin tekstil yapilarina dahil
edilmesi ile ya da nanoteknolojik çalismalar ile sekillendirilen elyaflarin kullanimi ile
saglanmaktadir.
Iletken tellerin kullaniminda öncelikle kumas yapisinda iletken teller ile hücreleme
yapilmakta ve ardindan elde edilmek istenen veriye göre dokuma ya da örme
islemleri sirasinda iletken tellerin kumas yapisina dahil edilmesi saglanmaktadir.
Iletken tellerin kullanimi, elde edilmek istenilen veri boyutuna göre degismekle
birlikte tekstil ürününün islenebilirligini olumsuz olarak etkilemektedir. Bunun
yaninda tekstil yapisinin agirligini arttirmakta ve tüketicilerin kullaniminda
ergonomik açidan problemler meydana getirmektedir.
Nanoteknolojik çalismalar ile desteklenen elektriksel iletkenlik uygulamalarinda
elektronik devreleme sistemlerinin mikro boyutta olusturulmasi saglanmaktadir. Bu
uygulamalarda iletkenliklerinin yüksek olmasi sebebiyle nano boyutta gümüs, bakir
ve metal parçaciklari kullanilmaktadir. Nano boyutlu gümüsün kullanimi ile
gerçeklestirilen birçok çalisma bulunmaktadir. Bunlardan birisi Dyotec firmasiin
gelistirmis oldugu iletken mürekkepler ve yapistiricilar bulunmaktadir. Yapilan tüm
bu uygulamalara karsin gümüs nano parçaciklarinin tekstil yüzeyleri üzerinde
kullanimi, sürtünme vb. sebepler dolayisiyla insan vücuduna yayilmanin artmasina
neden olabilmektedir. Ayrica 0,35 mikron ve daha küçük boyuttaki gümüs
parçaciklarinin kullaniminin insan sagligina açisindan zararli oldugu da
bilinmektedir. Tüm bu olumsuzluklar dolayisiyla gümüs nano parçaciklarinin
tekstillerde kullaniminin uygun olmadigina karar verilmistir. Bakir nano parçaciklari
ise atik su içerisindeki agir metal oraninin yükseltmektedir. Dolayisiyla kesintisiz
üretimin yapildigi tekstil sektöründe de meydana gelebilecek aksakliklar dolayisiyla
bakir nano parçaciklarinin kullanimi, çevre kirliligi açisindan tercih edilmemektedir.
Bunlara ilaveten tekstil ürünleri için alinan onaylar arasinda kimyasal uygunluk da
bulunmaktadir. Kumasta bakir, gümüs, nikel vb. kimyasallarinin bulunmasi
kimyasal uygunluk testinin basarisiz olmasi ve onaylanmamasi anlamina
gelmektedir. Ayrica yapilan tüm bu çalismalara karsin nanoteknoljik
uygulamalarda, iletken tel kullanimindakine oranla yüksek iletkenlik verisi
alinamamaktadir.
Sonuç olarak, yukarida bahsedilen tüm sorunlar, ilgili teknik alanda bir yenilik
yapmayi zorunlu hale getirmistir.
BULUSUN KISA AÇIKLAMASI
Mevcut bulus yukarida bahsedilen dezavantajlari ortadan kaldirmak ve ilgili teknik
alana yeni avantajlar getirmek üzere, tekstil ürünlerine elektriksel iletkenlik
saglayan bir baski pati ile ilgilidir.
Bulusun bir amaci, iletken tel ya da iplik kullanilmadan tekstil ürünlerine elektriksel
iletkenlik özelligi kazandiran bir baski pati ortaya koymaktir.
Bulusun bir diger amaci, kullanimi ve uygulamasi esnasinda insan sagligi
açisindan risk barindirmayan, elektriksel iletkenlik saglayan bir baski pati ortaya
koymaktir.
Bulusun bir diger amaci, kimyasal kirlilik meydana getirmeyen ve çevreye zarar
vermeyen bir baski pati ortaya koymaktir.
Yukarida bahsedilen ve asagidaki detayli anlatimdan ortaya çikacak tüm amaçlari
gerçeklestirmek üzere mevcut bulus, elektriksel iletkenlik saglamak üzere tekstil
ürünlerine uygulanan, sodyum alginat, polivinil alkol, üre ve su temel
bilesenlerinden olusan bir baski pati ile ilgilidir. Buna göre söz konusu baski pati
kullanim orani tercihen %2-20 olan tercihen 0-50 mikron boyutunda karbon siyahi
içermektedir. Böylece tekstil ürünlerinde iletken tel ya da iplik kullanimina gerek
kalmaksizin elektriksel iletkenlik elde edilebilmekte, elde edilen ürünlerde kullanim
konforu saglanmakta ve çevre kirliliginin önüne geçilmektedir.
Bulusun mümkün bir yapilanmasinda, baski patinin uygulandigi tekstil ürünlerinin
dogal ya da sentetik elyaflardan mamul dokuma, örme ya da dokusuz yüzeyler
olmasidir. Böylece çok genis bir alana yönelik üretim saglanabilmektedir.
Bulusun mümkün bir yapilanmasinda, baski patinin, bahsedilen tekstil ürünlerine
tercihen 27'lik ipek mesh ile aplike ediliyor olmasidir.
Mevcut bulus ayrica, Elektriksel iletkenlik saglamak üzere tekstil ürünlerine
uygulanan bir baski pati elde etme yöntemi ile de ilgilidir. Buna göre söz konusu
yöntem; baski pati viskozitesinin tercihen 60-80 psi olacagi sekilde saf sodyum
alginatin 1/3 oraninda seyreltilerek çözeltisinin hazirlanmasi ve sodyum alginat
çözeltisinin içerisine karbon siyahinin tercihen 15-25 dakika sürede karistirilmasi
adimlarini içermektedir.
BULUSUN DETAYLI AÇIKLAMASI
Bu detayli açiklamada bulus konusu elektriksel iletkenlik saglayan baski pati
sadece konunun daha iyi anlasilmasina yönelik hiçbir sinirlayici etki
olusturmayacak örneklerle açiklanmaktadir.
Bulusa konu baski pati; dogal ve sentetik elyaflar (polyester, nylon 6.6, pamuk vb.)
ile bunlarin karisimlarindan elde edilen dokuma, örme ya da dokusuz yüzeyden
mamul tekstil ürünlerine elektriksel iletkenlik saglanmasi için gelistirilmistir. Baski
pati, totasyon baski ya da parça baski yolu ile yari mamul ya da mamul haldeki
tekstil ürünlerine uygulanabilmektedir. Baski pati içerisinde temel olarak su, üre,
sodyum alginat (NaAIg), polivinil alkol ve karbon siyahi kullanilmaktadir. Baski pati
içerisinde yer alan temel bilesenlerin tercih edilen kullanim miktarlari asagidaki
Tabl01 'de sunulmustur.

Bulusun tercih edilen uygulamalarinda, yukarida bahsedilen temel bilesenlere ilave
olarak baski pati içerisinde baski patindan çikarildiginda elektriksel iletkenligi
olumsuz etkilemeyen bilesenler de yer almaktadir. Söz konusu bilesenler tercihen
polimamonyum ve dimetil aldehit oksietilen seklindedir.
Baski pati içerisine dahil edilen sodyum alginat (NaAlg) bir kivamlastiricidir ve
baski patinin baski için uygun viskozite degerine getirilmesi için kullanilmaktadir.
Bulus konusu baski patinin, etkin bir baski islemi için 60-80 psi viskoziteye sahip
olmasi istenmektedir. Bu viskozite göz önüne alinarak saf olarak temin edilen
sodyum alginat tercihen 'li'3 oraninda seyreltilerek çözelti hazirlanmistir. Sodyum
alginatin kullanim orani tercihen %2-40 olarak saptanmistir. Sodyum alginat
çözeltisinin hazirlanmasinda tercihen oda sartlarinda tercihen %1-36 kullanim
oraninda musluk suyu kullanilmistir. Homojen bir sodyum alginat çözeltisi için
çözelti, tercihen 2 saat süre ile homojenizatörde karistirilmistir. Çözelti içerisine
polivinil alkol ve ürede eklenmistir. Polivinil alkol ve ürenin kullanim oranlari da
tercihen %1-2 olarak saptanmistir.
Baski pati içerisine dahil edilen karbon siyahi, gaz ya da sivi haldeki karbon
hidrojenlerinden kismi yanma ve/veya termik parçalanma ile elde edilen karbon
tanecikleridir. Yüksek elektriksel iletkenlige sahip olan karbon siyahi, elde edilen
baski patinin da elektriksel iletkenlik özelligine sahip olmasini saglamaktadir. Baski
patina eklenen karbon siyahi tercihen 0-50 mikron boyutundadir ve kullanim orani
tercihen %2-20 olarak saptanmistir. Karbon siyahi sodyum alginat çözeltisinin
hazirlanmasindan sonra tercihen 15-25 dakika süre ile çözelti içerisine dahil
edilmistir. Karbon siyahinin çözelti içerisine yavas yavas dahil edilmesi, karbon
siyahinin çözelti içerisinde homojen olarak dagiliminin saglanmasidir. Aksi
durumda karbon siyahi toplanma egilimi göstermektedir. Bu durum tekstil ürünü
üzerine uygulanan baski patinin elektriksel iletkenlik davranisinin, istenildigi sekilde
elde edilememesine neden olmaktadir.
Elde edilen baski pati hem rotasyon baskiya hem de parça baskiya uygundur.
Baski islemleri, karbon siyahi ve sodyum alginatin tekstil ürününe düzgün bir
sekilde aktarilmasini saglamak üzere tercihen 27”lik ipek mesh kullanilmaktadir.
Tekstil ürünlerine baski isleminin uygulanmasinin ardindan fikse islemi
gerçeklestirilmektedir. Fikse islemi tercihen 165°C'de besleme hizi 10 m/dak olacak
sekilde 2 dakika sürede gerçeklestirilmektedir.
Bulusun koruma kapsami ekte verilen istemlerde belirtilmis olup kesinlikle bu
detayli anlatimda örnekleme amaciyla anlatilanlarla sinirli tutulamaz. Zira teknikte
uzman bir kisinin, bulusun ana temasindan ayrilmadan yukarida anlatilanlar
isiginda benzer yapilanmalar ortaya koyabilecegi açiktir.

- ISTEMLER . Elektriksel iletkenlik saglamak üzere tekstil ürünlerine uygulanan, sodyum alginat, polivinil alkol, üre ve su temel bilesenlerinden olusan bir baski pati olup, özelligi; kullanim orani tercihen %2-20 olan tercihen 0-50 mikron boyutunda karbon siyahi içermesi, bahsedilen üre ve polivinil alkolün kullanim oraninin tercihen %1-2 olmasidir. . Istem 1'e göre bir baski pati olup, özelligi; bahsedilen sodyum alginatin kullanim oraninin tercihen %2-40 olmasidir. .
