Claims (15)
- 少なくとも1つの光源(3)、たとえば発光ダイオードならびに少なくとも1つの光センサ(31)が実装されているプリント基板(2)と、
前記少なくとも1つの光源(3)を側方で周回して取り囲む中空の光誘導ガイド(4;36;41)と、
前記プリント基板(2)上に前記光誘導ガイド(4;36;41)の外側に配置された少なくとも光センサ(31)のためのカバー(6)とを有し、
前記光誘導ガイド(4;36;41)内には窓(34)が配置されており、該窓(34)には前記カバー(6)内におよび/または前記カバー(6)上に形成された中空の光チャネル(35)が接続され、該光チャネル(35)は前記光センサ(31)に案内されている、発光モジュール(1)。 - 前記窓(34)に接続している前記光チャネル(35)は少なくとも区間(35a)において、一部が前記光誘導ガイド(4;36;41)によって、一部(35b)が前記カバー(6)によって形成されている、請求項1に記載の発光モジュール(1)。
- 前記窓(34)に接続している前記光チャネル(35)は、まず一部(35a)が前記光誘導ガイド(4;36;41)によって、一部(35b)が前記カバー(6)によって形成され、続いて一部(35b)が前記カバー(6)により覆われた容積体内に延在している、請求項2に記載の発光モジュール(1)。
- 前記光誘導ガイド(4;36;41)は、少なくとも1つの反射性領域を有する、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の発光モジュール(1)。
- 前記窓(34)は、前記光誘導ガイド(4;36)内に形成された切欠である、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の発光モジュール(1)。
- 前記光誘導ガイド(41)の少なくとも一部は、透光性の、たとえば透明な材料から成り、かつ光を通さない、たとえば反射性の層により覆われており、前記窓(34)は、前記光を通さない層にある切抜き部により形成されている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の発光モジュール(1)。
- 前記窓(34)は、前記光誘導ガイド(4;36;41)の前方三分の一の箇所に存在する、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載の発光モジュール(1)。
- 前記窓(34)は、前記光誘導ガイド(4;36;41)の高さ(h)の少なくとも10%から15%の高さ寸法を有する、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項に記載の発光モジュール(1)。
- 前記光誘導ガイド(4;36;41)は、中空シリンダ形の基本形状を有する、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載の発光モジュール(1)。
- 前記光誘導ガイド(36;41)は導電性であり、下方縁部(32)で前記プリント基板(2)に接続されており、前記下方縁部(32)には少なくとも1つの切取り部(40)を有する、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項に記載の発光モジュール(1)。
- 前記カバーはリングカバー(6)であり、該リングカバー(6)は、前記光誘導ガイド(4;36;41)をリング状に取り囲み、前記光センサ(31)に加えて前記プリント基板(2)上に取り付けられた別の電子デバイス(30)を覆う、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項に記載の発光モジュール(1)。
- 前記光誘導ガイド(36;41)は、前記カバー(6)とは別個の構成部材であり、少なくとも2つの部分から組み立てられている、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項に記載の発光モジュール(1)。
- 前記光誘導ガイド(36;41)の隣接する2つの部分は、少なくとも1つの係止ロック部(39)によって互いに結合可能である、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項に記載の発光モジュール(1)。
- 前記窓(34)は、少なくとも1つの係止ロック部(39)によって形成される、請求項6または13のいずれか1項に記載の発光モジュール(1)。
- 前記光誘導ガイドは前記カバー(6)内に組み込まれている、請求項1から14までのいずれか1項に記載の発光モジュール(1)。
