Claims (17)
- 分岐部病変において傾いて延長する分枝血管を具備した主血管の内部に挿入されて拡張されることにより、前記主血管を拡張させるステントであって、
前記ステントには、円周方向に少なくとも二つ以上の放射線不透過性マーカーが形成されることを特徴とする分岐部病変での分枝血管保護用ステント。 - 前記マーカーは、前記ステントの円周方向に沿って120゜の間隔で3個が各々形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の分岐部病変での分枝血管保護用ステント。
- 前記ステントには、長手方向に多数個が配置されるセルワイヤを連結する連結バーが具備されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の分岐部病変での分枝血管保護用ステント。
- 前記連結バーの一側には、前記マーカーが形成されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の分岐部病変での分枝血管保護用ステント。
- 前記マーカーは、ステンレス鋼、金及び白金からなるグループより選択された一つ以上の材料から形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の分岐部病変での分枝血管保護用ステント。
- 前記ステントは、ステンレス鋼、コバルト、チタン、白金及びこれらの合金からなるグループより選択された一つ以上の材料から形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の分岐部病変での分枝血管保護用ステント。
- 傾いて延長する分枝血管を具備した主血管の内部に挿入されて拡張されることにより、前記主血管を拡張させるステントであって、
前記ステントには、前記ステントの長手方向に隣接したセルに各々放射線不透過性マーカーが形成されることを特徴とする分岐部病変での分枝血管保護用ステント。 - 前記ステントには、円周方向に少なくとも二つ以上の放射線不透過性マーカーがさらに形成されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の分岐部病変での分枝血管保護用ステント。
- 前記円周方向に形成されるマーカーは、前記ステントの円周方向に沿って120゜の間隔で3個が各々形成されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の分岐部病変での分枝血管保護用ステント。
- 傾いて延長する分枝血管を具備した主血管の内部に挿入されて拡張されることにより、前記主血管を拡張させるステントであって、
長手方向に多数個が配置されるセルワイヤと、
前記セルワイヤの間を連結する連結バーと、
前記連結バーの一側に形成され、前記セルワイヤの円周方向に少なくとも二つ以上が形成される放射線不透過性のマーカーと、を含むことを特徴とする分岐部病変での分枝血管保護用ステント。 - 前記セルワイヤは、幅方向にジグザグ形状を有することを特徴とする請求項10に記載の分岐部病変での分枝血管保護用ステント。
- 前記マーカーは、前記ステントの円周方向に沿って120゜の間隔で3個が各々形成されることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の分岐部病変での分枝血管保護用ステント。
- 前記セルワイヤと連結バーとの間には、膨脹が可能なセルが形成され、前記セルは、第1のセルと、前記第1のセルより相対的に小さいサイズを有した第2のセルと、から構成されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の分岐部病変での分枝血管保護用ステント。
- 前記マーカーは、前記第1のセルの間に具備された連結バーに各々形成されることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の分岐部病変での分枝血管保護用ステント。
- 前記ステントには、前記ステントの長手方向に隣接したセルに各々放射線不透過性マーカーがさらに形成されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の分岐部病変での分枝血管保護用ステント。
- 前記マーカーは、ステンレス鋼、金及び白金からなるグループより選択された一つ以上の材料から形成されることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の分岐部病変での分枝血管保護用ステント。
- 前記ステントは、ステンレス鋼、コバルト、チタン、白金及びこれらの合金からなるグループより選択された一つ以上の材料から形成されることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の分岐部病変での分枝血管保護用ステント。
