Claims (14)
- 複数のセルを有し、上端部に長さ方向に沿って線形切開部が形成された膨脹可能な中空円筒状の第1ステントと、
前記第1ステントの末端に一方の終端が連結された1つ以上のブリッジと、
先端に前記ブリッジの他方の終端が連結され、複数のセルを有する中空円筒状の第2ステントと、
前記第2ステントの先端部の折曲点に形成されたマーカーと、
前記第1ステントの上端部に長さ方向に沿って形成された複数のマーカーと、
を含むHサイドブランチ血管用ステントにおいて、
前記第1ステントの末端部が前記ブリッジに向かって傾斜し、前記第2ステントの先端部が前記ブリッジに向かって傾斜し、
前記第1ステントの末端部と前記第2ステントの先端部は、前記ブリッジを中心にして非対称V字形状を有し、
前記第2ステントの先端部の傾斜角は、20゜〜120゜であることを特徴とするHサイドブランチ血管用ステント。 - 前記第2ステントの先端部の傾斜開口部の直径は、2mm〜10mmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のHサイドブランチ血管用ステント。

- 前記マーカーは、放射線が透過しない金属または樹脂で形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のHサイドブランチ血管用ステント。
- 前記マーカーは、ステンレス鋼 、金及び白金よりなるグループから選択された1つ以上で形成されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のHサイドブランチ血管用ステント。
- 前記ブリッジは、前記第1ステントの下端部と前記第2ステントの下端部を連結することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のHサイドブランチ血管用ステント。
- 各ステントは、ステンレス鋼 、コバルト、チタン、白金及びこれらの合金よりなるグループから選択された1つ以上で形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のHサイドブランチ血管用ステント。
- 前記第2ステントの先端部の長さは、1mm〜10mmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のHサイドブランチ血管用ステント。
- 前記第2ステントの先端部に形成されたセルは、その断面が菱形であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のHサイドブランチ血管用ステント。
- 前記第1ステントの長さは、3mm〜15mmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のHサイドブランチ血管用ステント。
- 前記線形切開部の幅は、10mm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のHサイドブランチ血管用ステント。
- 各ステントの直径は、2mm〜5mmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のHサイドブランチ血管用ステント。
- 前記第1ステント、前記ブリッジ及び前記第2ステントの全体長さは、8mm〜30mmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のHサイドブランチ血管用ステント。
