Claims (15)
- a) 粒子状汚染物質及び質量x*m(x>100)を有する微細な粒子状混合リン酸リチウム金属を含む粒子状の混合リチウム金属リン酸塩材料を提供し、
b) 前記粒子状の混合リチウム金属リン酸塩材料を流動ステージに供給し、前記流動ステージで流動化された物質が平均質量mを有するように前記流動ステージにおいてそれを流動化し、
c) 前記流動化された前記粒子状の混合リチウム金属リン酸塩材料を選別ステージに供給し、それに前記選別ステージを通過させ、
d) 前記質量mが10から100回前記流動ステージに供給された後、前記粒子状の混合リチウム金属リン酸塩材料の前記流動ステージへの供給を中止し、
e) 前記流動ステージに存在する前記物質の質量が前記質量mの10%から100%になるまで、前記供給の中止後に前記流動ステージに存在する前記物質を流動化し選別し、
f) 前記流動ステージから前記残渣物質を取り除くこと
を含み、合計質量x*mが処理されるまで前記ステップb)からf)のシーケンスが繰り返されることを特徴とする、粒子状の混合リチウム金属リン酸塩材料から粒子状汚染物質を除去する方法。 - 前記流動ステージへの前記粒子状の混合リチウム金属リン酸塩材料の供給が、30から70回前記質量mが前記流動ステージに供給された後に中止されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記流動ステージに存在する前記物質は、前記供給が中止された後に、前記流動ステージに存在する前記物質の質量が前記質量mの20%から80%になるまで流動化され選別されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記混合リン酸リチウム金属が式LiMPO4によって表わされ、前記MはFe,Sc,Ti,V,Cr,Mn,Co,Ni,Cu,Zn,Be,Mg,Ca,Sr,Ba,Al,Zr,La及び希土類金属からなる群から選択される少なくとも1つの金属から選択されることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記MがFe,Mn,Co及び/又はNi並びにそれらの混合物から選択されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記MがFeであることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記粒子状の混合リン酸リチウム金属が最大25μmのD90値を有する粒子を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記粒子が0.8μm未満のD50値を有することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記粒子状汚染物質が金属及び/又は酸化物質であることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記流動ステージが流動床チャンバであることを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記方法がさらにステップa)とb)との間又はステップb)とc)との間のミリングステップにおいて、前記粒子状の混合リチウム金属リン酸塩材料をミリングするステップb1)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から10のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記ミリングステップがジェットミルによって行われることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記流動ステージ、前記選別ステージ及び前記任意のミリングステージが別々のステージであることを特徴とする請求項1から12のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記流動ステージ、前記選別ステージ及び前記任意のミリングステージが、1つの装置に集積されることを特徴とする請求項1から12のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記流動ステージは、前記ステップf)において前記流動ステージの在中物を除去するための自動イジェクト弁を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から14のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
