Claims (18)
- 導電体バー;
前記導電体バーの周囲に巻き付けられた積層テープ構造であって、前記導電体バーに隣接する絶縁性の第1の層と前記第1の層に接合された導電性の第2の層とを備える積層テープ構造;
前記導電体バーと接触している第1の端部、前記導電性の第2の層と接触している中間部及び前記導電体バーと接触していない第2の端部を備える導電構造;並びに
前記導電構造と前記積層テープとの周囲に巻き付けられている絶縁層;
を備えている、
発電機用巻回固定子コイル。 - 前記第1の層がマイカ紙層を備えている請求項1に記載の巻回固定子コイル。
- 前記マイカ紙層がガラスで裏打ちされている請求項2に記載の巻回固定子コイル。
- 前記第2の層が炭素を充填したポリエステルフェルトを備えている請求項3に記載の巻回固定子コイル。
- 前記積層テープ構造の厚さが約0.015インチ未満である請求項1に記載の巻回固定子コイル。
- 前記積層テープ構造が縁重ねされている請求項1に記載の巻回固定子コイル。
- 前記導電構造が金属ストリップを備えている請求項1に記載の巻回固定子コイル。
- 前記導電構造が1つ以上のテープストリップを介して前記積層テープ構造上の所定位置に保持されている請求項1に記載の巻回固定子コイル。
- 前記導電体バーが実質的に直線状の部分を備え、前記積層テープ構造が前記導電体バーの前記直線部分の周囲に巻き付けられている請求項1に記載の巻回固定子コイル。
- 前記導電体バーに隣接する絶縁性の第1の層と前記第1の層に接合された導電性の第2の層とを備える積層テープ構造を前記導電体バーの周囲に巻き付ける工程;並びに
前記導電体バーと接触している第1の端部、前記導電性の第2の層と接触している中間部及び前記導電体バーと接触していない第2の端部を備える導電構造を設ける工程;
を備えている
導電体バーに内部コロナ防御システムを施すための方法。 - 前記積層テープ構造の巻き付けが前記積層テープ構造を僅かにオーバーラップさせて巻き付けるものである請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記積層テープ構造の厚さが約0.015インチ未満である請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記導電構造が金属ストリップを備えている請求項10に記載の方法。
- 更に、1つ以上のテープストリップを介して前記金属ストリップを前記積層テープ構造に固着させる工程を、備えている請求項13に記載の方法。
- 導電体バーの周囲に巻き付けられるように適合させた積層テープ構造であって、
絶縁性の第1の層と前記第1の層に接合された導電性の第2の層とを備えており、
約0.015インチ未満の厚さを有する、
積層テープ構造。 - 前記第1の層がマイカ紙層を備えている請求項15に記載の積層テープ構造。
- 前記マイカ紙層がガラスで裏打ちされている請求項16に記載の積層テープ構造。
- 前記第2の層が、50オーム/スクエアの抵抗を有するように炭素が添加されたポリエステルフェルトを、備えている請求項17に記載の積層テープ構造。
