Claims (17)
- 汚染防止装置のためのマウンティングマットであって、
少なくとも第1のシート及び第2のシートと、
前記少なくとも第1のシート及び第2のシートを一緒に保持するための少なくとも1つの保持手段と、を備え、
前記保持手段が、(i)前記保持手段が位置付けられた領域内で前記少なくとも第1及び第2のシートが互いに対して平行に移動するのが可能である状態で、前記少なくとも第1及び第2のシートを保持するように、及び/又は(ii)本体に巻き付けられると破断し、それによって、前記保持手段が位置付けられた領域内で前記少なくとも第1及び第2のシートが互いに対して平行に移動するのを可能とするように適合される、
マウンティングマット。 - 前記シートが前記マットの対向する縁部領域で一緒に保持されるように、前記マット上に位置付けられる少なくとも2つの保持手段を備える、請求項1に記載のマウンティングマット。
- 前記シートが、前記マットの対向する縁部領域と、前記マットの対向する縁部領域の間の領域とで一緒に保持されるように、前記マット上に位置付けられる少なくとも3つの保持手段を備える、請求項1に記載のマウンティングマット。
- 第1の種類の保持手段と、第2の種類の保持手段とを備える、請求項2又は3に記載のマウンティングマット。
- 前記保持手段が、ピン、ステープル、ひも、バンド、糸、接着剤領域、及び可撓性リンケージのうちの1つである、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のマウンティングマット。
- 前記少なくとも第1及び第2のシートの平面に対して垂直な方向への前記少なくとも第1及び第2のシートの移動が、前記固定手段が位置付けられている前記領域内で実質的に制限されるように、前記少なくとも第1及び第2のシートを実質的に接触させて保持するように適合された固定手段を更に備える、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のマウンティングマット。
- 前記固定手段が、前記マットの中央領域に位置付けられる、請求項6に記載のマウンティングマット。
- 前記固定手段が、少なくとも1つの接着剤区域を含む、請求項7に記載のマウンティングマット。
- 前記保持手段が、200℃を超える温度で燃え尽きる材料で構成される、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のマウンティングマット。
- 前記少なくとも第1及び第2のシートの一方の少なくとも1つの縁部が、前記少なくとも第1及び第2のシートのもう一方の対応する縁部からオフセットされる、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のマウンティングマット。
- 前記第1及び第2のシートが、無機繊維の不織布シートを含む、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のマウンティングマット。
- 前記第1のシート及び/又は前記第2のシートが膨張材料を含む、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のマウンティングマット。
- 前記第1のシート及び/又は前記第2のシートが非膨張材料を含む、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載のマウンティングマット。
- 汚染防止装置であって、
ハウジングと、
ハウジング内に配置される汚染防止要素と、
請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載のマウンティングマットと、
を備え、前記マウンティングマットが、前記ハウジングと前記汚染防止要素との間に画定される隙間の中に配置される、汚染防止装置。 - 汚染防止装置の製造方法であって、
請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載のマウンティングマットを提供する工程と、
前記マウンティングマットを汚染防止要素に巻き付ける工程と、
前記マウンティングマット及び前記汚染防止要素をハウジング内に配置する工程と、
を含む製造方法。 - 前記マウンティングマットが、自動搬送手段によって保管場所から加工場所まで移送される、請求項15に記載の汚染防止装置の製造方法。
- 前記自動搬送手段がロボットである、請求項16に記載の汚染防止装置の製造方法。
