Description
Claims (9)
- マニュアルトランスミッションにおいて同期を得るためのアセンブリユニットであって、
互いに結合されている第1および第2のシンクロナイザリング(30)を備えており、
前記2つのシンクロナイザリングがポジティブロック結合(40,42;40,48;50)によって互いに結合されていることを特徴とする、アセンブリユニット。 - 前記2つのシンクロナイザリング(30)が、それぞれ他方のシンクロナイザリング(30)の方に延びている少なくとも2つの結合タブ(38)、を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のアセンブリユニット。
- 前記結合タブ(38)のそれぞれに、ポジティブロック機構(40,42;40,48;50)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のアセンブリユニット。
- 前記ポジティブロック機構が、一方の前記シンクロナイザリング(30)における結合突起部(42)と、他方の前記シンクロナイザリング(30)における相補的な受け入れ開口部(40)とによって規定されていることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のアセンブリユニット。
- 前記ポジティブロック機構(40,42)が、半径方向に自由に動き得ることを特徴とする、請求項3または請求項4に記載のアセンブリユニット。
- 前記ポジティブロック機構が、前記2つのシンクロナイザリング(30)のそれぞれにおける受け入れ開口部(40)によって規定されており、前記2つの受け入れ開口部(40)において係合する個別の結合要素(48)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のアセンブリユニット。
- 前記結合タブ(38)がエンボス加工によって互いに結合されていることを特徴とする、請求項3、請求項4、請求項6または請求項7に記載のアセンブリユニット。
- 前記2つのシンクロナイザリング(30)が同一であることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項7のいずれかに記載のアセンブリユニット。
- 請求項1から請求項8のいずれかに記載のアセンブリユニットと、トランスミッタ(16)とを備えている、構造ユニット。
