Description
本願は、2009年8月27日に提出された、「広げたUV透過曲線を有するカプセル材を利用する、太陽電池の分極のモジュールレベルの解決法:Module Level Solution To Solar Cell Polarization Using An Encapsulant With Opened UV transmission Curve」なる名称の、米国仮特許出願第61/237,588号明細書の恩恵を請求する。
Claims (10)
- 通常動作時に太陽側を向く正面、および前記正面の反対側の背面を各々が有する、相互接続された複数の太陽電池と、
前記複数の太陽電池の前記正面を覆う透明カバーと、
前記複数の太陽電池の前記背面に設けられた背面シートと、
前記複数の太陽電池、前記透明カバー、および、前記背面シートを結合して、保護パッケージを構成し、350nm以下の波長の光を透過させるUV(紫外線)透過曲線を有するカプセル材と
を備える、太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記カプセル材の体積比抵抗は、少なくとも5x1013Ωcmである請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 通常動作時に太陽側を向く正面、および前記正面の反対側の背面を各々が有する、相互接続された背面接合型の複数の太陽電池と、
前記複数の太陽電池の前記正面を覆う透明カバーと、
前記複数の太陽電池の前記背面に設けられた背面シートと、
前記複数の太陽電池および前記背面シートを保護して結合するカプセル材と
を備え、
前記カプセル材と前記透明カバーとの組み合わせは、350nm未満の波長のストップバンドを有するUV透過曲線と、少なくとも5x1013Ω−cmの体積比抵抗とを有する、太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記カプセル材と前記透明カバーとの組み合わせは、前記UV透過曲線により、350nm以下の波長のUV光を透過させる請求項3に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記背面シートは、テドラー/ポリエステル/EVAを含む請求項3に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 通常動作時に太陽側を向く正面、および前記正面の反対側の背面を各々が有する、相互接続された複数の太陽電池と、
前記複数の太陽電池の前記正面の上に設けられる透明カバーおよびカプセル材と
を備え、
前記透明カバーと前記カプセル材との組み合わせは、350nm未満のストップバンドを有するUV透過曲線と、少なくとも5x1013Ωcmの体積比抵抗とを有する、太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記複数の太陽電池は、背面接合型の太陽電池を含む請求項1または請求項6に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記透明カバーはガラスを含む請求項1、3または6に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記複数の太陽電池の前記背面に設けられた背面シートをさらに備え、
前記カプセル材は、前記複数の太陽電池と前記背面シートとを保護して結合する請求項6に記載の太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記カプセル材は、摂氏−40度から摂氏90度の温度範囲において、少なくとも5x1013Ωcmの体積比抵抗を有する請求項1、3または6に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
