Abstract

Claims (24)
- 有機発光ダイオード(OLED)(2)の対向する両外面(3、4)の少なくとも1つが、ガラス材料および
ガラスからなる前記OLEDの対向する外面の少なくとも1つに設けられた少なくとも1つの層(5、6)からなり、前記層(5、6)は有機ポリマー材料を含み、
有機ポリマー材料を含む前記層(5、6)およびガラスからなる前記外面(3、4)が、中間結合層(7、8)によって積層方式で相互に結合されている
前記OLED(2)を含む、サンドイッチ構造(1)。 - ガラス材料が、石英ガラス、リン酸塩、ホウ酸塩、カルコゲニド、フッ化物(フルオロジルコニウム酸塩、フルオロアルミン酸塩)、ゲルマニウム酸塩、アンチモン酸塩、ヒ酸塩、チタン酸塩、タンタル酸塩、硝酸塩、炭酸塩、およびそのような材料の混合物からなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載のサンドイッチ構造(1)。
- OLED(2)がポリマーOLEDまたは低分子OLEDである、請求項1または2のいずれか一項に記載のサンドイッチ構造(1)。
- 有機ポリマー材料が、ポリカーボネート(PC)、カルボキシ修飾PC、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)、グリコール修飾PET(PETG)およびカルボキシ修飾PETを含むPETの誘導体、ポリエチレンナフタレート(polyethylennaphthalate)(PEN)、アクリロニトリル−ブタジエン−スチロール−コポリマー(ABS)、ポリ塩化ビニル(PVC)、ポリビニルブチラール(PVB、ポリメチルメタクリレート(PMMA)、ポリイミド(PI)、ポリビニルアルコール(PVA)、ポリスチロール(polystyrole)(PS)、ポリビニルフェノール(Polyvinylphenole)(PVP)、ポリエチレン(PE)、ポリプロピレン(PP)、紙、およびこれらの材料の誘導体、および混合物からなる群から選択される、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のサンドイッチ構造(1)。
- 前記有機ポリマー材料を含む2つの前記層(5、6)が設けられ、その一方が前記OLED(2)の前記外面(3、4)の第1に、他方が前記OLED(2)の前記外面(3、4)の第2に、それぞれ第1の結合層(7)および第2の結合層(8)によって結合される、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のサンドイッチ構造(1)。
- 前記OLED(2)の相異なる外面(3、4)を覆う有機ポリマー材料が、相異なるまたは同一である、請求項5に記載のサンドイッチ構造(1)。
- 結合層(7、8)が、オクタメチルトリシロキサン、オルトケイ酸テトラプロピル、チタニウムテトブタノラート(titanium tetrabutanolat)、オルトケイ酸テトラキス(2−ブトキシエチル)およびそのような化合物の混合物からなる群から選択される化合物を含む、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のサンドイッチ構造(1)。
- 前記結合層(7、8)がエチレン酢酸ビニルコポリマーを含む、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のサンドイッチ構造(1)。
- 前記エチレン酢酸ビニルコポリマーが、ポリマー単位の総数の40%から90%の酢酸ビニル基を含む、請求項8に記載のサンドイッチ構造(1)。
- 前記結合層(7、8)がポリウレタン、特に、脂肪族熱可塑性ポリウレタン樹脂を含む熱可塑性ポリウレタン樹脂を含む、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のサンドイッチ構造(1)。
- 前記結合層(7、8)が、Aが前記ガラス材料に対して反応性の基であり、Bがスペーサ基であり、Cが前記有機ポリマー材料に対して反応性の基である、A−C構造またはA−B−C構造を有する結合性化合物を含む、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のサンドイッチ構造(1)。
- 基Aがシリカ系ガラスに対して反応性である、請求項11に記載のサンドイッチ構造(1)。
- 基Aが、トリアルコキシシリル、ジアルコキシアルキルシリル(diakloxyalkylsilyl)、トリメトキシシリル、トリエトキシシリル、メチルジメチルシリル、メチルジエチルシリル、エチルジメチルシリル、エチルジメチルシリル、トリハライドシリル(trihalidesilyl)およびトリクロロシリルからなる群から選択される、請求項12に記載のサンドイッチ構造(1)。
- 基Bがスペーサ基である、請求項11から13のいずれか一項に記載のサンドイッチ構造(1)。
- スペーサ基が置換または無置換のC1からC20のアルカンジイル(alkandiyl)、特にmethdiyl、ethdiyl、propdiyl、isopropdiyl、butdiylまたはisobutdiylである、請求項14に記載のサンドイッチ構造(1)。
- 基Cが、ビニル、フルオリド、クロリド、ブロミド、ヨージド、アミノ、アミノアルキル、アミノアルキルアミン、アミノアルキルアルキルアミン、メルカプト、スルフィド、ポリスルフィド、エポキシ、7−オキサビシクロ[4.1.0]ヘプチル、メタクリル、スチリル、シアノ、イソシアノ、ヒドロキシ、カルボキシ、カルボキシルエステル(carboxyester)、アルキルケト、トリアルコキシシリル、ジアルコキシアルキルシリル(diakloxyalkylsilyl)およびトリクロロシリルからなる群から選択される、請求項11から15のいずれか一項に記載のサンドイッチ構造(1)。
- 前記OLED(2)の厚さが、100μm未満、特に80μm未満、好ましくは50μm未満である、サンドイッチ構造(1)。
- その厚さの合計が、70μmから1000μmまで、好ましくは70μmから300μmまでの範囲である、サンドイッチ構造(1)。
- サンドイッチ構造が基板に結合されている、基板に組み込まれている、または基板上に支持されており、また、OLED(2)の電気接点がOLED(2)駆動用の電子回路に接続されている、ディスプレイを製造するための、請求項1から18のいずれか一項によるサンドイッチ構造(1)の使用。
- 請求項1から18のいずれか一項によるサンドイッチ構造(1)を含む、貴重および/または機密文書(15)。
- 請求項1から18のいずれか一項によるサンドイッチ構造(1)を含む、携帯電話、パームトップコンピューター、ナビゲーション装置、電子書籍、コンピューター、テレビ装置、または電子デバイス。
- A)有機発光ダイオード(OLED)の対向する外面(3、4)がガラス材料からなる前記OLEDを設けるステップ、
B)有機ポリマー材料を含む少なくとも1つの層(5、6)を設けるステップ、
C)前記OLEDの少なくとも1つの面(3、4)および/または有機ポリマー材料を含む層(5、6)の1つの面に結合層(7、8)を設けるステップ、
D)その後、前記結合層(7、8)が前記OLEDと有機ポリマー材料を含む前記層(5、6)との間に位置するように、前記OLEDおよび有機ポリマー材料を含む前記層(5、6)を積層するステップ、および、
E)このようにして得られたスタックに、高温および/または高圧を所定の時間印加し、それによって前記OLED、前記結合層(7、8)、および有機ポリマー材料を含む前記層(5、6)をともに積層するステップを含む、請求項1から18のいずれか一項に記載のサンドイッチ構造(1)の製造法。 - ステップD)において形成されるスタックが、有機ポリマー材料を含む層(5)、結合層(7)、OLED(2)、結合層(6)、および有機ポリマー材料を含む層(8)の層シーケンスを含む、請求項22に記載の方法。
- A)有機発光ダイオード(OLED)(2)の対向する外面(3、4)がガラス材料からなる前記OLED(2)を設けるステップ、
B)有機ポリマー材料を含む少なくとも1つの層(5、6)を設けるステップ、
C)前記OLED(2)の少なくとも1つの面、および/または有機ポリマー材料を含む前記層(5、6)の1つの面に、結合層(7、8)を設けるステップ、
D)その後、前記OLED(2)および有機ポリマー材料を含む前記層(5、6)を、前記結合層(7、8)が前記OLED(2)と有機ポリマー材料を含む前記層(5、6)との間に位置するように積層し、場合により、さらなる層(10、11、12、13、14)、特にポリマー層を、このようにして得られたスタックの1つの面または両面にさらに積層するステップ、および
E)このようにして得られたスタックに、高温および/または高圧を所定の時間印加し、それによって前記OLED(2)、前記結合層(7、8)および有機ポリマーの材料を含む前記層(5、6)、および存在する場合、さらなる層(10、11、12、13、14)をともに積層するステップを含む本発明によるサンドイッチ構造を含み、OLED(2)の電気接点がステップE)の前、間、または後にOLED駆動用の電子回路に接続される、
