Abstract
【解決手段】 転がり軸受軌道輪の製造方法は、軌道溝が形成された軌道輪素材を形成する工程と、転造加工を行って軌道溝に表面テクスチャを形成する工程と、熱処理工程と、研削工程と、超仕上げ(研磨)工程とを備えている。

Claims (3)
- 軌道輪素材に、熱処理、研削および研磨を施して軌道輪を形成する転がり軸受軌道輪の製造方法において、熱処理前の工程および研削と研磨との間の工程のいずれかの工程において、転造加工を行い、軌道溝の表面に表面テクスチャを形成することを特徴とする転がり軸受軌道輪の製造方法。
- 前記表面テクスチャは、前記軌道溝の端部に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1の転がり軸受軌道輪の製造方法。
- 前記表面テクスチャが設けられている部分の接触圧力は、前記表面テクスチャが設けられていない部分の最大接触圧力を超えないことを特徴とする請求項1または2の転がり軸受軌道輪の製造方法。
