Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、運転室内の空気の実温度が少なくとも一つのセンサによって検出され、運転室に供給される空気の特性、特に体積流量、方向および/または温度が、検出された実温度と所定の目標温度に基づいて自動制御される建設機械、特にクレーンの運転室の環境制御方法において、目標温度は、運転者の熱的快適性に影響を与える少なくとも1つの変数に基づいて自動的に決定されることを特徴とする環境制御方法に関する。本発明はまた、このような方法を実行するように構成された環境制御装置を含む建設機械、特にクレーンの運転室のための環境制御装置に関する。

Claims (10)
- 運転室内の空気の実温度が少なくとも一つのセンサによって検出され、前記運転室に供給される空気の特性、特に体積流量、方向および/または温度が、検出された実温度と所定の目標温度に基づいて自動的に制御される建設機械、特にクレーンの運転室の環境制御方法において、
前記目標温度は、前記運転者の熱的快適性に影響を与える少なくとも1つの変数に基づいて自動的に決定される
ことを特徴とする環境制御方法。 - 前記目標温度を決定する際、運転室外の空気温度、運転者がさらされる熱放射、運転室の空気流速、運転室の空気湿度、運転者の代謝熱産生および/または運転者の衣服の断熱のうちの少なくとも一つの変数が考慮される
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記少なくとも一つの変数の値は、前記運転室の内側および/または外側にある少なくとも1つのセンサにより測定され、または、ユーザによって予め設定される
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記実温度および/または前記少なくとも1つの変数の値は、前記運転室の内側および/または外側の互いに離間した多数の位置で検出される
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記目標温度は、互いに離間した運転室の位置について決定される
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記運転室に供給される前記空気の前記特性、特に体積流量、方向および/または温度を制御する際、運転室の窓の曇り、前記運転室の空気中のCO2含有量、前記運転室の空気や外気中の汚染物質の含有量、前記運転室内の空気のできるだけ早い冷却、前記運転室内の空気のできるだけ早い加熱のうちの少なくとも1つのパラメータがさらに考慮され、それ/それらの値は、特に前記運転室の内部および/または外部にある少なくとも一つのセンサによって検出されるか、またはユーザによって予め設定される
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - これらのパラメータの少なくとも一つが、供給される前記空気の前記特性、特に体積流量、方向および/または温度を制御する際、前記熱的快適性よりも高くまたは低くランク付けされる
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。 - 目標状態を達成するための指示が前記運転者に示される
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記運転室に供給される前記空気の前記特性、特に体積流量、方向および/または温度の設定値を、後で読み出すため、個別に記憶する選択肢が提供される
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の方法を実行するように構成された建設機械、特にクレーンの前記運転室のための環境制御装置。
