Abstract
【解決手段】実施形態の超音波診断装置は、取得部と、検出部とを備える。取得部は、超音波により3次元走査された領域内を流動する流体に関する流体情報を示す流体ボリュームデータを取得する。検出部は、前記流体情報を用いて前記領域内で流体が存在する領域を検出し、当該検出した領域を用いて、画像処理対象のボリュームデータにおける管腔の内腔領域を検出する。

Description
まず、第1の実施形態に係る超音波診断装置の構成について説明する。図1は、第1の実施形態に係る超音波診断装置の構成例を示すブロック図である。図1に例示するように、本実施形態に係る超音波診断装置は、超音波プローブ1と、モニタ2と、入力装置3と、装置本体10とを有する。
第2の実施形態では、組織ボリュームデータと流体ボリュームデータとが異なる時期に個別に連続収集される場合について、図9及び図10を用いて説明する。図9は、第2の実施形態に係る超音波診断装置の構成例を示すブロック図であり、図10は、第2の実施形態に係る取得部及び検出部を説明するための図である。

前記検出部は、前記流体情報を用いて前記領域内で流体が存在する領域を検出し、当該検出した領域を用いて、前記組織ボリュームデータに含まれる管腔の内腔領域を検出する、請求項1に記載の超音波診断装置。 - 前記検出部が検出した前記内腔領域に基づいて、前記管腔の内部に設定した視点から前記組織ボリュームデータを投影した投影像を、所定の表示部に表示する画像データとして生成する画像生成部、
を更に備える、請求項2に記載の超音波診断装置。 - 前記画像生成部は、前記組織ボリュームデータから前記内腔領域を除去したデータから前記管腔の中心線を抽出し、当該中心線に沿って視点を移動させた複数の投影像を、前記所定の表示部に動画表示する画像データ群として生成する、請求項3に記載の超音波診断装置。
- 前記取得部は、前記組織ボリュームデータと前記流体ボリュームデータとが異なる時期に個別に連続収集された場合、データが収集された被検体の生体信号を用いて、同一時相の組織ボリュームデータと流体ボリュームデータとを取得し、
前記検出部は、前記同一時相の組織ボリュームデータと流体ボリュームデータとを用いて、前記内腔領域の検出を行なう、請求項2に記載の超音波診断装置。 - 前記取得部は、前記組織ボリュームデータとして、前記領域を超音波により3次元走査して生成された組織ボリュームデータを取得する、請求項2に記載の超音波診断装置。
- 前記取得部は、前記組織ボリュームデータとして、超音波診断装置とは異なる種類の医用画像診断装置により前記領域を3次元撮影して生成された組織ボリュームデータを取得し、
前記検出部は、前記流体ボリュームデータと前記組織ボリュームデータとの位置合わせを行なった後に、前記組織ボリュームデータに含まれる管腔の内腔領域を検出する、請求項2に記載の超音波診断装置。 - 前記検出部は、前記画像処理対象のボリュームデータとして前記流体ボリュームデータを用いる場合、前記領域内で流体が存在する領域を、前記流体ボリュームデータにおける管腔の内腔領域として検出し、
前記検出部が検出した前記内腔領域を除去し、前記検出部が検出した前記内腔領域に基づいて少なくとも前記管腔の内壁に所定の輝度値を付与して、前記流体ボリュームデータから擬似ボリュームデータを生成し、前記管腔の内部に設定した視点から前記擬似ボリュームデータを投影した投影像を、所定の表示部に表示する画像データとして生成する画像生成部、
を更に備える、請求項1に記載の超音波診断装置。
- 前記画像生成部は、前記擬似ボリュームデータから前記管腔の中心線を抽出し、当該中心線に沿って視点を移動させた複数の投影像を、前記所定の表示部に動画表示する画像データ群として生成する、請求項8に記載の超音波診断装置。
- 前記検出部は、更に、前記内腔領域の中心線に直交する複数の断面それぞれにおける当該内腔領域の面積を算出し、算出した面積が周囲の断面で算出された面積と比較して異なる断面を、異常断面として検出する、請求項1に記載の超音波診断装置。
- 前記異常断面を用いて、前記画像処理対象のボリュームデータから所定の表示部に表示する画像データを生成する画像生成部、
を更に備えたことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の超音波診断装置。 - 超音波により3次元走査された領域内を流動する流体に関する流体情報を示す流体ボリュームデータを取得する取得部と、
前記流体情報を用いて前記領域内で流体が存在する領域を検出し、当該検出した領域を用いて、画像処理対象のボリュームデータにおける管腔の内腔領域を検出する検出部と、
を備える、画像処理装置。 - 取得部が、超音波により3次元走査された領域内を流動する流体に関する流体情報を示す流体ボリュームデータを取得し、
検出部が、前記流体情報を用いて前記領域内で流体が存在する領域を検出し、当該検出した領域を用いて、画像処理対象のボリュームデータにおける管腔の内腔領域を検出する、
ことを含む、画像処理方法。
